【摘要】：根據(jù)礦山膏體充填工藝流程的要求,提出了基于工業(yè)Ethernet的礦山膏體充填控制系統(tǒng)的解決方案,介紹了該充填控制系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)成、硬件選型、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊原理與組態(tài),同時,設(shè)計了上位機(jī)的組態(tài)和下位機(jī)程序。該系統(tǒng)全方面實現(xiàn)了自動控制,能夠保證充填膏體性能的穩(wěn)定和設(shè)備的安全。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of paste filling process, this paper puts forward a solution to the filling control system based on industrial Ethernet, and introduces the structure and structure of the filling control system, hardware selection, network communication principle and configuration. The configuration of the upper computer and the program of the lower computer are designed. The automatic control is realized in all aspects of the system, which can guarantee the stability of the performance of the filling paste and the safety of the equipment.
