不同攪拌條件對微細粒赤鐵礦絮凝粒徑的影響研究

【摘要】:通過單礦物絮凝試驗,考察了攪拌速度、攪拌時間、軸向距離對赤鐵礦絮凝行為的影響。結(jié)果表明,在攪拌速度300r/min,攪拌時間3min,軸向距離為2.5cm時,絮凝體平均粒徑為35.38μm,這為后續(xù)的浮選提供了基礎(chǔ),同時對于浮選裝置的優(yōu)化提供了依據(jù)。對攪拌速度、攪拌時間、軸向距離三個因素進行正交試驗,結(jié)果表明,攪拌速度對絮凝體粒徑的影響最大,攪拌時間影響最小,并對所得絮凝體的特性進行了研究。
[Abstract]:The effects of stirring speed, stirring time and axial distance on hematite flocculation behavior were investigated by single mineral flocculation test. The results showed that when the stirring speed was 300 r / min, the stirring time was 3 min, the axial distance was 2.5 cm. The average particle size of flocculant is 35.38 渭 m, which provides the basis for the subsequent flotation and the optimization of flotation unit. The orthogonal experiments are carried out on three factors, such as stirring speed, stirring time and axial distance. The effect of stirring speed on the particle size of flocculants was the greatest and the stirring time was the least. The characteristics of the resulting flocculants were also studied.
