【摘要】:為了防治大柳塔煤礦52303大采高綜采工作面機尾冒頂事故,采用理論分析、現(xiàn)場實測等方法分析了礦壓顯現(xiàn)異常、二次采動影響、推進速度慢、現(xiàn)場管理人員經(jīng)驗不足、過渡支架梁端距過大是52303工作面冒頂?shù)闹饕?在此基礎(chǔ)上提出采用馬麗散材料加固煤壁及頂板、工作面冒頂較高區(qū)域充填羅克休材料、加強聯(lián)絡(luò)巷附近巷道支護等技術(shù)措施,F(xiàn)場應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明:該措施及時改變圍巖的松散結(jié)構(gòu),有效地防止了煤壁片幫和頂板冒落,提高煤巖體的整體強度,工作面推進過程中均未出現(xiàn)顯著的冒頂、片幫事故,工作面頂板漏矸問題也得到了有效控制。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent and cure the caving accident of 52303 large mining height fully mechanized mining face in Daliuta Coal Mine, this paper analyzes the abnormal rock pressure appearance, the secondary mining effect, the slow speed of propulsion and the lack of experience of the field management personnel by using the methods of theoretical analysis and field measurement, etc. The main reason of roof fall in 52303 working face is that the end distance of transition support beam is too large. On this basis, it is proposed that the coal wall and roof should be strengthened with Marisan material, and Roxiu material should be filled in the higher area of roof falling in the working face. The field application results show that the measures can change the loose structure of surrounding rock in time, effectively prevent coal wall and roof from falling, and improve the overall strength of coal and rock mass. In the process of working face advance, there is no obvious roof fall, and the roof leakage and gangue problem have been effectively controlled.
