【摘要】：為滿足智能移動(dòng)計(jì)算和云計(jì)算的快速發(fā)展和工業(yè)過(guò)程網(wǎng)絡(luò)化決策的需求,提出了基于智能移動(dòng)終端和云計(jì)算的選礦生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)優(yōu)化決策系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要包括工業(yè)私有云服務(wù)器、智能移動(dòng)終端、數(shù)據(jù)采集計(jì)算機(jī)和過(guò)程控制系統(tǒng)等部分,智能移動(dòng)終端具有前端處理能力,可為決策者提供方便快捷的決策輔助;工業(yè)私有云存有生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的所有數(shù)據(jù),并具有強(qiáng)大的計(jì)算能力以及動(dòng)態(tài)的分配虛擬計(jì)算機(jī),可實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化優(yōu)化決策。針對(duì)選礦生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化決策過(guò)程進(jìn)行了分析,介紹了系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、功能和控制策略,實(shí)現(xiàn)了移動(dòng)終端決策的軟件界面開(kāi)發(fā)。研究結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)能夠克服地域范圍的局限,實(shí)現(xiàn)不同地點(diǎn)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)及生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化決策。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of intelligent mobile computing and cloud computing and the networked decision of industrial process, a mineral processing index optimization decision system based on intelligent mobile terminal and cloud computing is proposed. The system mainly includes private cloud server in industry. Intelligent mobile terminal, data acquisition computer, process control system and other parts, intelligent mobile terminal has front-end processing ability, can provide decision support for decision makers, industrial private cloud store all the data in the production process, With powerful computing ability and dynamic distribution virtual computer, the network optimization decision can be realized. The design, function and control strategy of the system architecture are introduced, and the optimization decision-making process of ore dressing production is analyzed. The research results show that the system can overcome the limitation of regional scope and realize the real-time monitoring of different locations and the networked decision of production index.
