【摘要】：國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)總體環(huán)境呈現(xiàn)煤炭市場(chǎng)低迷,煤炭需求量降低,煤炭的價(jià)格不斷降低,導(dǎo)致煤炭企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益不斷減退,所以,煤炭企業(yè)目前急需適應(yīng)當(dāng)前的政策變化,努力脫離困境,探索新的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)。財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容之一,將經(jīng)濟(jì)附加值與可持續(xù)發(fā)展第一次進(jìn)行結(jié)合定義為財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略矩陣模型的是美國(guó)的加布里埃爾·哈瓦維尼和克勞德·維埃里,企業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,因此,眾多學(xué)者都對(duì)于財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了研究。本文以煤炭企業(yè)作為研究的案例企業(yè),理論與案例研究相結(jié)合,理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合,對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略矩陣在案例應(yīng)用方面進(jìn)行研究,期望財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略矩陣能夠作為企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略檢測(cè)的工具,影響企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理機(jī)制。本文以Y企業(yè)2011年至2015年的相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)為依據(jù),構(gòu)建財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略矩陣,為Y企業(yè)在矩陣中定位,分析Y企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略矩陣從投資、籌資和股利分配等方面對(duì)Y企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略提出指導(dǎo)建議,圍繞價(jià)值創(chuàng)造目標(biāo),不斷解決企業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的資金余缺問(wèn)題,做出當(dāng)前背景下Y企業(yè)應(yīng)該選擇的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,為Y企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略提出實(shí)施的具體措施。本文從財(cái)務(wù)管理的角度出發(fā)對(duì)指定企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略開(kāi)展研究,并將財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略矩陣應(yīng)用到企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的評(píng)價(jià)及優(yōu)化上,是將理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐的一次探索,能給管理者制定財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略提供建議及借鑒。
[Abstract]:The overall international and domestic environment is in the doldrums of the coal market, the demand for coal is decreasing, and the price of coal is constantly decreasing, which leads to the continuous decline of economic benefits of coal enterprises. Therefore, coal enterprises are in urgent need of adapting to the current policy changes. Financial strategy is one of the important contents of enterprise strategy. For the first time, economic value added and sustainable development were defined as the financial strategy matrix model of the United States, Gabriel Hawavwini and Claude Vieri, and business development was inseparable from the financial strategy of the enterprise, so, Many scholars have carried on the research to the financial strategy. This paper takes the coal enterprise as the research case enterprise, the theory and the case study unifies, the theory and the practice unifies, carries on the research to the financial strategy matrix in the case application aspect, It is expected that the financial strategy matrix can be used as a tool to detect the financial strategy of an enterprise and affect the financial management mechanism of an enterprise. Based on the related financial indicators of Y enterprise from 2011 to 2015, this paper constructs the financial strategy matrix. In order to position Y enterprise in matrix, analyze the present situation of Y enterprise's financial strategy, use financial strategy matrix to give guidance suggestion to Y enterprise's financial strategy from the aspects of investment, financing and dividend distribution, around the goal of creating value. Constantly solve the problem of fund shortage in the process of enterprise development, and make the financial strategy that Y enterprise should choose under the current background. This paper studies the financial strategy of the designated enterprise from the perspective of financial management, and applies the financial strategy matrix to the evaluation and optimization of the financial strategy of the enterprise. It is an exploration of combining theory with practice, which can provide advice and reference for managers to formulate financial strategy.
