煤質(zhì)粉末活性炭自燃和熱穩(wěn)定性分析

【摘要】:針對煤質(zhì)粉末活性炭最顯著的熱危險特性——自燃危險性進行試驗。采用粉塵層最低著火溫度測定系統(tǒng)對煤質(zhì)粉末活性炭進行自燃試驗,測定煤質(zhì)粉末活性炭的最低著火溫度;采用SDT Q600熱重分析儀測定煤質(zhì)粉末活性炭在氮氣和空氣氣氛中以20℃/min的速率升溫至700℃時的熱解和燃燒特性,通過TG/DTG曲線計算其著火溫度,并進行熱穩(wěn)定性評價。粉塵層自燃試驗結(jié)果表明,煤質(zhì)粉末活性炭最低著火溫度為400℃,具有自燃危險性,易形成陰燃;氮氣氣氛中熱解試驗表明,熱解過程經(jīng)歷了室溫~120.0℃和280.0~700.0℃兩次輕緩失重階段,646.44℃時揮發(fā)分熱失重速率最大,對應(yīng)熱失重速率峰值為0.082 6%/℃,自燃危險性較低;空氣氣氛中燃燒試驗表明,燃燒過程經(jīng)歷了室溫~95.5℃和300.0~600.0℃兩次劇烈失重階段,分別為吸附水分受熱蒸發(fā)和氧化生成的有機官能團分解脫附導(dǎo)致,565.35℃時揮發(fā)分熱失重速率最大,對應(yīng)熱失重速率峰值為13.20%/min,粉末較強的氧氣吸附效應(yīng)和較低的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)導(dǎo)致其自燃傾向較高,火災(zāi)危險性較大。
