【摘要】：大傾角"三軟"煤層回采巷道圍巖變形嚴(yán)重、支護(hù)難度普遍較大,為提高此類巷道的圍巖控制效果,通過建立巷道圍巖力學(xué)模型,對巷道頂板、兩幫、底板巖層受力情況進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,確定了圍巖變形的關(guān)鍵部位及主要影響因素,結(jié)合復(fù)合頂板巷道不同層位組合抗彎強(qiáng)度變化特征,分析了巷道關(guān)鍵部位強(qiáng)化支護(hù)機(jī)理,提出了"強(qiáng)幫固頂、強(qiáng)頂護(hù)幫"的聯(lián)合支護(hù)技術(shù)思路與方案。工程實(shí)踐表明,大傾角"三軟"煤層回采巷道在層位選擇合理的情況下,通過采用關(guān)鍵部位強(qiáng)化支護(hù)技術(shù),能有效提高巷道整體承載能力,巷道圍巖變形量減少80%以上,效果顯著。
[Abstract]:The surrounding rock deformation of mining roadway in "three soft" coal seam with large inclination is serious, and the support difficulty is generally greater. In order to improve the control effect of surrounding rock of this kind of roadway, the mechanical model of surrounding rock of roadway is established. Based on the systematic analysis of the stress situation of the floor rock, the key position of surrounding rock deformation and the main influencing factors are determined. Combined with the changing characteristics of the bending strength of different strata of composite roof roadway, the mechanism of strengthening the support at the key part of the roadway is analyzed. This paper puts forward the technical thinking and scheme of combined support of "strong roof fixing, strong roof protecting and abutment". The engineering practice shows that under the condition of reasonable selection of strata in large inclined "three soft" coal seam, the supporting technology is strengthened by adopting the key position. It can effectively improve the overall bearing capacity of roadway and reduce the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway by more than 80%, and the effect is remarkable.
