一種礦井雙向單車道“信集閉”系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:根據(jù)我國礦井制度的相關(guān)規(guī)定,煤礦生產(chǎn)建設(shè)過程中一定要構(gòu)建井下機(jī)車調(diào)度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),以隨時(shí)監(jiān)控井下運(yùn)輸機(jī)車的位置和自動(dòng)指揮調(diào)度井下機(jī)車行駛,該系統(tǒng)即礦井“信集閉”系統(tǒng)。目前我國許多煤礦對于更新自身生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的投入重視力度較低,煤礦井下環(huán)境相對比較惡劣,使連接礦井各組成部分的通信線路中斷,調(diào)度室工作人員無法實(shí)時(shí)掌控井下運(yùn)輸車輛的行駛狀況,容易造成行車秩序混亂,甚至?xí)䦟?dǎo)致出現(xiàn)追尾等事故。故針對上述問題現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合山西焦煤西山煤電集團(tuán)股份有限公司西銘礦井下巷道為雙向單行車道的特點(diǎn),在對西銘礦實(shí)地現(xiàn)場環(huán)境深入考察的基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合嵌入式技術(shù)與傳感技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)并完成了一種應(yīng)用于西銘礦的雙向單車道“信集閉”系統(tǒng)。目前該系統(tǒng)已得到部分國有煤礦的推廣應(yīng)用。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:首先,以山西焦煤西山煤電集團(tuán)股份有限公司西銘煤礦為研究背景,分析礦井“信集閉”系統(tǒng)的功能需求并提出了系統(tǒng)整體架構(gòu)。功能需求主要包括實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)輸自動(dòng)化、機(jī)車實(shí)時(shí)位置監(jiān)測、設(shè)備狀態(tài)顯示、道岔遠(yuǎn)程/本地控制功能及其他輔助功能,指出礦井“信集閉”系統(tǒng)主要由三大子系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成,包括機(jī)車定位監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、信號分站系統(tǒng)、道岔控制系統(tǒng)。其次,根據(jù)西銘礦井下巷道的分布情況,結(jié)合機(jī)車定位監(jiān)控功能的需求,提出了兩種機(jī)車定位方式,分別為以RFID射頻識別技術(shù)的定位方式,以軌道計(jì)軸傳感技術(shù)的定位方式。根據(jù)山西西山煤電集團(tuán)西銘礦井下巷道的特點(diǎn),提出了一種適用于該煤礦的定位方案,并對具體的實(shí)施情況及監(jiān)測軟件界面做了介紹。最后,重點(diǎn)介紹了基于嵌入式技術(shù)的信號分站子系統(tǒng)的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì),軟件設(shè)計(jì)中畫出了各任務(wù)模塊的程序流程圖,并給出了各自的程序。提出了基于嵌入式技術(shù)的遠(yuǎn)程道岔控制方法,并對道岔控制這一子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了方案的選擇、分析與確定。
[Abstract]:According to the relevant regulations of our country's coal mine system, in the process of coal mine production and construction, the underground locomotive dispatching monitoring system must be constructed, so as to monitor the position of the underground conveyer at any time and to automatically direct and dispatch the underground locomotive. At present, many coal mines in our country pay less attention to the investment of renewing their own production equipment, and the underground environment of coal mine is relatively bad, which leads to the interruption of the communication lines connecting the various parts of the mine. The dispatching room staff can't control the driving condition of underground transportation vehicles in real time, which can easily lead to chaos of driving order and even lead to accidents such as rear-end, etc. Therefore, in view of the above problems, Combined with the characteristics of Xishan Coal Power Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Coking Coal Mine, the underground roadway of Ximing Coal Mine is a two-way single lane, and on the basis of a thorough investigation of the field environment of Ximing Coal Mine, In this paper, a bidirectional single-lane "signal set closed" system is designed and completed with embedded technology and sensing technology. At present, the system has been popularized and applied in some state-owned coal mines. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, Taking Xishan Coal and Power Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Coking Coal Co., Ltd., as the research background, this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the system and puts forward the overall structure of the system. The functional requirements mainly include the realization of transportation automation. Locomotive real-time position monitoring, equipment status display, switch remote / local control function and other auxiliary functions, it is pointed out that mine "signal set and close" system is mainly composed of three subsystems, including locomotive positioning monitoring system, signal sub-station system, Secondly, according to the distribution of underground roadway in Ximing Coal Mine, combined with the requirement of locomotive positioning monitoring function, two locomotive positioning methods are put forward, one is based on RFID radio frequency identification technology, the other is based on RFID radio frequency identification technology. According to the characteristics of Ximing mine roadway in Xishan Coal and Power Group of Shanxi Province, a positioning scheme suitable for the mine is put forward, and the concrete implementation and the monitoring software interface are introduced. The software and hardware design of the signal sub-station subsystem based on embedded technology is introduced emphatically. The program flow chart of each task module is drawn in the software design, and their respective programs are given. The remote switch control method based on embedded technology is proposed. The scheme selection, analysis and determination of the switch control subsystem are also given.
