全粒徑碎石泵送膠結(jié)充填技術(shù)研究及實踐

【摘要】:結(jié)合會東大梁礦業(yè)東部高品位礦體充填開采技術(shù)經(jīng)濟條件,研發(fā)出全粒徑碎石泵送充填技術(shù)并建立了國內(nèi)第一套全粒徑碎石泵送膠結(jié)充填系統(tǒng)。介紹了該充填系統(tǒng)工藝流程及工業(yè)試驗。結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)工藝可行、流程暢通,充填能力可達60~80 m3/h,充填料漿灰砂比1∶4~1∶8可調(diào),充填體3d強度達0.80~1.79 MPa,28d強度達1.92~4.70 MPa,系統(tǒng)及工藝各項指標(biāo)均能滿足大梁礦業(yè)上向分層進路充填采礦的要求。
[Abstract]:Combined with the technical and economic conditions of filling and mining of high-grade ore bodies in the eastern part of Huidongdaliang Mining Industry, In this paper, the technology of pumping filling with full diameter crushed stone is developed and the first set of cemented filling system is established in China. The technological process and industrial test of the filling system are introduced. The results show that the technology of the system is feasible and the flow is smooth. The filling capacity can reach 60 ~ 80 m ~ (3 / h), the ratio of slurry to sand is 1: 4 / 1: 8, the 3D strength of the filling body is 0.80 ~ 1.79 MPA / h, and the intensity is 1.92 ~ 4.70 MPA / h. The system and technological indexes can meet the requirements of the upward stratified road filling mining in Deliang mining industry.
