鉆孔聲波法測量礦井地應(yīng)力應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:礦井地應(yīng)力測量對煤礦巷道布置及安全生產(chǎn)存在重要意義,論文結(jié)合地應(yīng)力測量技術(shù)的發(fā)展,分析了目前主要采用的幾種地應(yīng)力測量方法,指出在地層深部復(fù)雜的礦井地質(zhì)條件下存在的一些局限性。通過以往學(xué)者對巖石聲彈性理論的研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)理論和現(xiàn)有的聲波技術(shù)討論采用鉆孔聲波法測量礦井地應(yīng)力技術(shù),并加以實(shí)現(xiàn)。 基于有限變形連續(xù)介質(zhì)力學(xué)的巖石聲彈性理論,文章對簡單加載條件下應(yīng)力與波速關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,作為鉆孔聲波法測量地應(yīng)力的理論基礎(chǔ)。針對復(fù)雜的煤礦地質(zhì)條件,對鉆孔聲波法測量地應(yīng)力的工作方式、數(shù)據(jù)處理、資料解釋進(jìn)行研究,并設(shè)計(jì)礦井巷道鉆孔聲波法測定方案。 通過在淮南某礦進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場測試,利用同層砂巖內(nèi)鉆孔方式測得巖體原位波速,并進(jìn)行了波速橢圓擬合;結(jié)合巖石的力學(xué)參數(shù)和擬合的波速,計(jì)算分析了該礦井某工作面的地應(yīng)力狀態(tài);并通過與已有的應(yīng)力解除法測得的應(yīng)力值作驗(yàn)證對比,分析了該礦的應(yīng)力場。試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果表明 (1)波速極值方向與巖石構(gòu)造應(yīng)力具有一致性,波速的改變量主要由該方向上應(yīng)力值決定,垂直于該方向應(yīng)力變化對波速的改變量較小。 (2)巖體內(nèi)波速的大小受構(gòu)造應(yīng)力及巷道掘進(jìn)影響較大,波速平面內(nèi)各向異性是各方向應(yīng)力共同作用的結(jié)果。 (3)通過鉆孔聲波法可以測得測站內(nèi)三個(gè)主應(yīng)力的大小和方向,并在礦井試驗(yàn)中取得了良好的效果。 通過現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)確立了鉆孔聲波法測量礦井地應(yīng)力的可行性,為簡單、快速、定量評價(jià)地應(yīng)力狀態(tài)提供了相對可靠的方法,為現(xiàn)場探測和結(jié)果解釋提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Mine stress measurement is of great significance to mine roadway layout and safety production. Combined with the development of in-situ stress measurement technology, this paper analyzes several methods of in-situ stress measurement, which are mainly used at present. This paper points out some limitations existing in the complex geological conditions in the deep strata of coal mines, and through the previous researches on the acoustic elasticity theory of rock, On the basis of the theory and the existing acoustic wave technology, the borehole acoustic method is used to measure the ground stress of the mine, and it is realized. Based on the theory of rock acoustoelasticity in finite deformation continuum mechanics, the relationship between stress and wave velocity under simple loading condition is analyzed in this paper, which is the theoretical basis of borehole acoustic wave method for geostress measurement. In this paper, the working mode, data processing and data interpretation of borehole acoustic wave method for measuring ground stress are studied, and the scheme of measuring mine roadway borehole acoustic wave method is designed. The in-situ wave velocities of rock mass were measured by in-situ drilling method in Huainan mine, and the wave velocity elliptical fitting was carried out, which combined with the mechanical parameters of rock and the fitted wave velocity. The in-situ stress state of a working face in this mine is calculated and analyzed, and the stress field of the mine is analyzed by comparing it with the stress values measured by the existing stress relief method. 1) the direction of the wave velocity extremum is consistent with the rock tectonic stress. The variation of the wave velocity is mainly determined by the stress value in this direction, but the variation of the wave velocity perpendicular to this direction is relatively small. (2) the magnitude of wave velocity in rock is greatly affected by tectonic stress and roadway tunneling. The anisotropy in wave velocity plane is the result of the interaction of stress in different directions. 3) the magnitude and direction of the three principal stresses in the station can be measured by drilling acoustic wave method, and good results have been obtained in the mine test. The feasibility of borehole acoustic wave method for measuring mine ground stress is established by field test, which provides a relatively reliable method for simple, fast and quantitative evaluation of in-situ stress state, and provides a reference for field detection and interpretation of results.
