煤層氣抽采機(jī)感應(yīng)電機(jī)運(yùn)行最優(yōu)速度曲線控制策略研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)煤層氣抽采機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)交變負(fù)荷下感應(yīng)電機(jī)周期性工作于電動(dòng)和發(fā)電狀態(tài)導(dǎo)致直流供電側(cè)母線電壓波動(dòng)大及能耗高的問題,提出一種基于感應(yīng)電機(jī)運(yùn)行最優(yōu)速度曲線的節(jié)能控制策略。該控制策略通過推導(dǎo)出直流供電側(cè)母線電壓波動(dòng)與感應(yīng)電機(jī)加速度之間一一映射關(guān)系,構(gòu)造直流母線電壓波動(dòng)差絕對(duì)值函數(shù)和最大電壓波動(dòng)函數(shù),通過對(duì)絕對(duì)值函數(shù)求極值和對(duì)最大電壓波動(dòng)函數(shù)做單調(diào)性分析,找到滿足直流母線電壓波動(dòng)最小的最優(yōu)加速度,從而得到煤層氣抽采機(jī)感應(yīng)電機(jī)運(yùn)行最優(yōu)速度曲線。最后,通過仿真和現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)對(duì)不同電機(jī)運(yùn)行速度下的直流供電側(cè)母線電壓波動(dòng)情況進(jìn)行綜合分析比較,仿真和現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明了理論分析的正確性。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the induction motor works periodically under the dynamic alternating load of the coal-bed methane pumping machine under the condition of electric and power generation, the DC power supply side bus voltage fluctuates greatly and the energy consumption is high. An energy saving control strategy based on the optimal speed curve of induction motor is proposed. The mapping relationship between DC bus voltage fluctuation and induction motor acceleration is derived. The absolute value function of DC bus voltage fluctuation difference and the maximum voltage fluctuation function are constructed. By analyzing the absolute value function and the maximum voltage fluctuation function, the optimal acceleration satisfying the minimum DC bus voltage fluctuation is found. The optimal speed curve of induction motor of coal-bed methane extraction machine is obtained. Finally, through simulation and field test, the voltage fluctuation of DC power supply bus under different motor speed is comprehensively analyzed and compared. The results of simulation and field tests show that the theoretical analysis is correct.
