南屯煤礦相鄰采空區(qū)自燃隱患監(jiān)測(cè)及防治技術(shù)

【摘要】:在我國(guó),隨著礦井開采強(qiáng)度加大、速度加快,工作面開采結(jié)束后留下大面積采空區(qū),造成大量采空區(qū)彼此相鄰,這為礦井后續(xù)安全開采帶來極大的隱患。本文以南屯煤礦33 02工作面相鄰采空區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,采用理論分析、實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的研究方法,對(duì)采空區(qū)煤炭自燃特性、煤自燃危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)和防治技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。利用煤自然發(fā)火實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)測(cè)定了南屯煤礦煤自燃特征參數(shù),對(duì)自然發(fā)火過程中的升溫速率與高溫點(diǎn)移動(dòng)規(guī)律進(jìn)行了分析,提出煤自燃指標(biāo)氣體(CO、C2H4、C2H4/C2H6)及對(duì)應(yīng)特征溫度。研制出了集溫濕度、一氧化碳、氧氣、甲烷、壓差傳感器于一體的礦用本安型多參數(shù)無線傳感器和監(jiān)測(cè)基站,形成具有可剪裁性、冗余性、魯棒性等特點(diǎn)的采空區(qū)煤自燃特征信息氣-溫-壓差聯(lián)合監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了適合煤自燃危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域的無線監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了煤自燃危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域無線在線監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警功能,軟件包括煤自燃特征信息采集與監(jiān)測(cè)、煤自燃災(zāi)害預(yù)警、分析與報(bào)表等功能模塊。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況,通過監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用測(cè)試,各類監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)采集、通訊具有良好的時(shí)效性和可靠性,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,適合于不同區(qū)域的煤自燃特征信息監(jiān)測(cè),為礦井安全生產(chǎn)提供了技術(shù)保障。針對(duì)南屯煤礦三采東區(qū)相鄰采空區(qū)自燃隱患,提出了實(shí)施大范圍封閉、施工鉆孔壓注惰氣、注漿、對(duì)沿空側(cè)噴漿堵漏、快速封堵、相聯(lián)通的巷道封閉及充填等防治措施,通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)具體應(yīng)用,能夠有效防治自燃隱患的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:In China, with the increase of mining intensity and the acceleration of mining speed, a large area of goaf is left after the end of mining, which results in a large number of mined-out areas adjacent to each other. This paper takes the adjacent goaf of 3302 face of Nantun Coal Mine as the research object, adopts the research method of combining theoretical analysis, experimental study and field application to study the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal in goaf. The monitoring technology and prevention technology of coal spontaneous combustion in dangerous area were studied. The characteristic parameters of coal spontaneous combustion in Nantun coal mine were measured by using the coal spontaneous combustion test bench, and the heating rate and high temperature point movement law in the process of spontaneous combustion were analyzed. The coal spontaneous combustion index gas COC _ 2H _ 4C _ 2H _ 4 / C _ 2H _ 6) and its corresponding characteristic temperature are put forward. A multi-parameter wireless sensor and a monitoring base station are developed, which include temperature and humidity, carbon monoxide, oxygen, methane and pressure difference sensors. Based on the characteristics of redundancy and robustness, the coal spontaneous combustion information gas-temperature-pressure difference joint monitoring system in goaf is developed. A wireless monitoring and warning software is designed and developed for coal spontaneous combustion danger area. The wireless on-line monitoring and warning function of coal spontaneous combustion danger area is realized. The software includes coal spontaneous combustion characteristic information collection and monitoring, coal spontaneous combustion disaster warning, analysis and report form and so on. Through the field application and test of the monitoring system, all kinds of monitoring data collection, the communication has good timeliness and reliability, the whole system runs stably, which is suitable for monitoring the characteristic information of coal spontaneous combustion in different areas. In view of the hidden trouble of spontaneous combustion in the adjacent goaf in the eastern part of the third mining area of Nantun Coal Mine, the authors put forward the following measures: large scale sealing, drilling borehole pressure injection of inert gas, grouting, leakage plugging along the side of the hole, and quick sealing. The control measures of roadway closure and filling can effectively prevent and cure the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion through the concrete application on the spot.
