【摘要】：鍺礦已成為信息通訊、現(xiàn)代航空、現(xiàn)代軍事及新能源等諸多高新技術(shù)領(lǐng)域不可或缺的戰(zhàn)略性稀有金屬資源。在分析全國(guó)鍺礦資源特點(diǎn)、主要礦床類型與分布、儲(chǔ)量與產(chǎn)量、需求與保障及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等形勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,指出當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)鍺礦資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用過(guò)程中面臨的一些亟待解決的問(wèn)題。對(duì)此,提出加大勘查投入、強(qiáng)化國(guó)際合作、入庫(kù)含鍺實(shí)物、加強(qiáng)科學(xué)研究、優(yōu)化資源配置、完善行業(yè)規(guī)范、降低環(huán)境污染、構(gòu)建生態(tài)礦業(yè)等促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)鍺礦產(chǎn)業(yè)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:Germanium ore has become an indispensable strategic rare metal resource in the fields of information and communication, modern aviation, modern military and new energy, etc. In the analysis of the characteristics of germanium ore resources in China, the main deposit types and distribution, reserves and production, On the basis of the situation of demand, guarantee and industrial structure, this paper points out some problems that need to be solved in the process of exploitation and utilization of germanium ore resources in China. In view of this, it is proposed to increase the investment in exploration, strengthen international cooperation, and store germanium in kind. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy and sustainable development of germanium ore industry in China are to strengthen scientific research, optimize the allocation of resources, perfect industry norms, reduce environmental pollution, and construct ecological mining industry.
