基于三維結(jié)構(gòu)特征的磁介質(zhì)梯級磁感應(yīng)特性研究

【摘要】:為了探究磁介質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)特征對分選效果影響的磁場理論基礎(chǔ),利用ANSYS電磁仿真技術(shù)分析了高梯度磁介質(zhì)的三維結(jié)構(gòu)特征對其周圍磁感應(yīng)分布特性的影響,通過與圓棒介質(zhì)的磁感應(yīng)特性進行系統(tǒng)的對比分析,探明了凸極結(jié)構(gòu)特征對介質(zhì)周圍的磁感應(yīng)分布的重要影響。結(jié)果表明:凸極結(jié)構(gòu)不僅可以提高介質(zhì)表面的最大磁感應(yīng)強度,而且能為顆粒捕獲提供軸向磁場梯度,且距離介質(zhì)表面越近軸向梯度調(diào)控效應(yīng)越明顯;體積充填率相同時,凸極介質(zhì)的最大磁感應(yīng)強度要高于圓棒介質(zhì),且所產(chǎn)生的高磁感應(yīng)強度區(qū)的有效面積也較大;凸極介質(zhì)在距離介質(zhì)體表面1.25 mm范圍內(nèi)的磁場梯度及磁場力要顯著高于圓棒介質(zhì),此區(qū)域范圍有利于強化弱磁性顆粒的捕獲。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the magnetic field theory foundation of the influence of magnetic medium structure characteristics on the separation effect, the influence of three-dimensional structure characteristics of high gradient magnetic medium on the magnetic induction distribution around it is analyzed by using ANSYS electromagnetic simulation technology. By comparing and analyzing the magnetic induction characteristics of circular rod medium, the important influence of salient pole structure on the magnetic induction distribution around the medium is found. The results show that the salient pole structure can not only increase the maximum magnetic induction intensity on the surface of the medium, Moreover, the axial magnetic field gradient can be provided for particle capture, and the effect of axial gradient regulation is more obvious with the closer to the surface of the medium, the maximum magnetic induction intensity of the salient pole medium is higher than that of the circular rod medium when the volume filling ratio is the same. Moreover, the effective area of the high magnetic induction intensity region is also large, and the magnetic gradient and magnetic force of the salient medium in the range of 1.25 mm from the surface of the dielectric body is significantly higher than that of the circular rod medium, which is conducive to the enhancement of the capture of weak magnetic particles.
