文章摘要:自1996年第1例轉基因作物在美國商業(yè)化種植,其在全球的種植面積一直處于持續(xù)、快速增長的趨勢。2010年,全球轉基因作物種植總面積達1.48×10^8hm^2,所種植的轉基因作物主要是耐除草劑和抗蟲作物,其中耐除草劑作物占種植總面積的81%。耐除草劑作物的種植為雜草的高效控制提供了新的手段,但其可能帶來的生態(tài)環(huán)境風險也引起了全世界各國的廣泛關注和爭議。該文在總結歸納前人研究的基礎上,,針對耐除草劑作物的基因漂移、雜草化及對生物多樣性的影響等當前人們普遍關注的環(huán)境風險問題,系統(tǒng)討論了相關的風險評價程序和方法,概括和分析了當前耐除草劑作物的環(huán)境風險研究進展和管理措施,以期為我國轉基因耐除草劑作物的開發(fā)、風險評價及管理提供依據(jù)。
Abstr:Since the first planting of genetically modified (GM) plants in the United States, in 1996, the global commercial growing area of GM crops has been steadily increasing; in 2010, the total growing area reached 148 million hm2. Cur- rently, the main commercial traits are herbicide tolerance (HT) and insect resistance, with HT crops occupying 81% of the total hectares of GM plants. Although use of herbicide-tolerant crops largely extends the herbicide application space, it may pose environmental risks that have been a continual concern and debated worldwide. We examined the literature and here discuss the environmental risks related to herbicide-tolerant GM crops, focusing on gene flow, weediness and effects on biodiversity, as well as corresponding assessment procedures and methods. We summarize the current re- search progress and the associated risk management strategies to provide the scientific basis for development, risk as- sessment and management of herbicide-tolerant GM crops in China.
