可識(shí)別單一核苷酸錯(cuò)配的微懸臂基因檢測(cè)技術(shù)力學(xué)模型(英文)

基于表面種植有DNA分子層的微懸臂梁系統(tǒng),在考慮該帶電DNA分子空間構(gòu)型與其表面分布影響的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了新的力學(xué)模型以定量描述完全與不完全雜交情形下導(dǎo)致的微懸臂梁撓曲變形.該模型將撓度曲率半徑作為反饋DNA檢測(cè)信號(hào)的唯一變量.預(yù)測(cè)出的完全與不完全DNA雜交情形與懸臂梁撓曲變形之間的關(guān)系與文獻(xiàn)[2]的實(shí)驗(yàn)觀測(cè)相符,且預(yù)測(cè)精度可滿足單一堿基對(duì)變化的檢測(cè)需要,對(duì)高精確DNA檢測(cè)技術(shù)的開發(fā)具有借鑒意義.
