漢族急性冠脈綜合征患者載脂蛋白E基因多態(tài)性與血脂譜的相關(guān)性研究

背景載脂蛋白E基因(APOE)多態(tài)性與血脂譜和心血管疾病有關(guān);然而,這些關(guān)系因種族而異。載脂蛋白E有E2、E3、E4這3個(gè)亞型,分別由ε2,ε3和ε4這3個(gè)等位基因編碼。E3是漢族人群中最常見的亞型,E2是最少見的亞型。除載脂蛋白E外,高敏感性C-反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)和N-端前B型利鈉肽(NT-proBNP)近來也作為心血管疾病的新型危險(xiǎn)因素。然而載脂蛋白E的基因多態(tài)性與這些心血管疾病危險(xiǎn)因素之間是否具有關(guān)聯(lián)性,仍尚不清楚。目的本研究首次對(duì)漢族人群進(jìn)行了研究,評(píng)估了載脂蛋白E基因多態(tài)性的分布及其與急性冠狀動(dòng)脈綜合征(ACS)、血脂譜及其他心臟代謝風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的關(guān)系。同時(shí),我們研究hs-CRP和NT-proBNP與APOE基因型的關(guān)系方法本前瞻性研究納入800名漢族受試者,其中ACS212例,非ACS者588例。對(duì)rs7412和rs429358基因型進(jìn)行了TaqMan分析,這兩個(gè)變異型決定APOE等位基因的ε2,ε3和ε4等位基因。結(jié)果ε2、ε3和ε4的頻數(shù)分別占總體樣本的3.8%,76.9%和19.3%。ACS與載脂蛋白E4亞型有關(guān)。非急性冠脈綜合征組載脂蛋白ε4攜帶者總膽固醇水平高于...
