目的:BsmI是被廣泛研究的維生素D受體基因其中一個(gè)位點(diǎn)。目前,國(guó)外已有許多關(guān)注BsmI位點(diǎn)與結(jié)直腸癌易感性關(guān)系的研究,但由于樣本量不同、種族差異,使得維生素D受體BsmI位點(diǎn)的多態(tài)性與結(jié)直腸癌之間的易感性關(guān)系的研究仍然存在著較大的爭(zhēng)議。為了減少各項(xiàng)研究間的偏倚,本研究通過(guò)Meta分析的方法,以確定維生素D受體基因BsmI位點(diǎn)與結(jié)直腸的發(fā)生發(fā)展是否具有關(guān)系,并對(duì)結(jié)果加以分析。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索美國(guó)國(guó)家醫(yī)學(xué)圖書(shū)館的Pubmed數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、EMBASE、Medline、Embase、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)（SinoMed）、萬(wàn)方（Wanfang）數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、維普網(wǎng)。檢索時(shí)間截止至2017年10月國(guó)內(nèi)外公開(kāi)發(fā)表的關(guān)于VDR BsmI位點(diǎn)基因多態(tài)性與結(jié)直腸癌遺傳易感性關(guān)系的病例對(duì)照研究的文獻(xiàn)。由兩位研究者獨(dú)立篩選文獻(xiàn)、提取資料并評(píng)價(jià)納入研究的偏倚風(fēng)險(xiǎn)后,采用Review Manager 5.3.3軟件對(duì)納入的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行異質(zhì)性檢驗(yàn),經(jīng)Meta分析計(jì)算合并OR值及其95%CI。結(jié)果:共納入10個(gè)病例對(duì)照研究,最終病例組共納入樣本量數(shù)目為8464例,對(duì)照組共納入樣本量數(shù)目為9037例。Meta...
