面向車間能耗的維護(hù)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:能源是關(guān)系到未來社會經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和繁榮的根本要素。中國經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的同時,人口的過快增長、自然資源的減少和能源的短缺等現(xiàn)象日益突顯,使得中國不能再通過不顧后果的能源消耗的方法換取經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。制造業(yè)作為能耗大戶,本身應(yīng)承擔(dān)更多的環(huán)境影響責(zé)任。本課題研究的設(shè)備維護(hù)調(diào)度在可持續(xù)制造體系下扮演著重要的角色,即設(shè)備的維修更換需要考慮設(shè)備的能耗因素。本文考慮能耗因素對設(shè)備進(jìn)行再利用、更換以及廢棄處理的影響,提供一種面向車間層能耗的維護(hù)調(diào)度方法,從而在保證設(shè)備利用率的情況下,,更大限度的減少設(shè)備的能源消耗,對今后的可持續(xù)制造體系下,設(shè)備維護(hù)的研究方向具有指導(dǎo)意義。 本文針對生產(chǎn)制造系統(tǒng)的車間層設(shè)備建立了面向能耗的維護(hù)調(diào)度模型。使用可靠性概率函數(shù)建立設(shè)備性能衰退的數(shù)學(xué)模型。定義了設(shè)備的各種維護(hù)動作(包括小修、中修、大修和更換)。同時,使用Malik役齡比例恢復(fù)模型進(jìn)行設(shè)備在維護(hù)活動之后的性能恢復(fù)的數(shù)學(xué)建模。之后引入人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行設(shè)備性能和能耗的映射函數(shù)建立。 在以上模型的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了基于可靠性和考慮設(shè)備能耗的兩種維護(hù)策略?紤]設(shè)備及其子系統(tǒng)的特征,引入設(shè)備的多性能衰退、能耗和維護(hù)性幾項屬性,并設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的維護(hù)指標(biāo)評價方法。設(shè)計了基于Fisher算法的維護(hù)策略分類算法,使用經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù)對算法進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,在對待維護(hù)的設(shè)備子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行各項屬性評價,使用分類算法對其進(jìn)行維護(hù)策略分類。 本文引入了人工免疫算法,并設(shè)計了針對維護(hù)調(diào)度尋優(yōu)的克隆人工免疫算法,并詳細(xì)敘述了算法的編碼方法、交叉算子、變異算子、親和度、濃度和激勵度函數(shù),最后使用該算法對車間層維護(hù)調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解。設(shè)計了滑動軸承生產(chǎn)車間的維護(hù)案例,使用了基于可靠性和考慮能耗的維護(hù)策略對該案例進(jìn)行維護(hù)調(diào)度求解,對仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較和分析。 最后,從管理系統(tǒng)的基本功能需求角度,詳細(xì)介紹了設(shè)備智能維護(hù)與管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方法。使用Visual Basic6.0進(jìn)行軟件的界面開發(fā),通過ActiveX接口技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了VB調(diào)用Matlab軟件中函數(shù)的功能,并且詳細(xì)介紹了該系統(tǒng)軟件的設(shè)備維護(hù)決策模塊,能耗預(yù)測模塊以及車間層調(diào)度模塊。最后完成了該設(shè)備智能維護(hù)與管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。

[Abstract]:Energy is the fundamental element related to the future social and economic growth and prosperity. With the rapid development of China's economy, the rapid growth of population, the reduction of natural resources and the shortage of energy have become increasingly prominent, so that China can no longer exchange for economic growth through reckless energy consumption. As a big consumer of energy consumption, manufacturing industry itself should bear more responsibility for environmental impact. The equipment maintenance scheduling studied in this paper plays an important role in the sustainable manufacturing system, that is, the maintenance and replacement of equipment needs to consider the energy consumption of equipment. Considering the influence of energy consumption factors on the reuse, replacement and disposal of equipment, this paper provides a maintenance scheduling method for workshop energy consumption, so as to reduce the energy consumption of equipment to a greater extent under the condition of ensuring the utilization rate of equipment, which is of guiding significance for the research direction of equipment maintenance in the future sustainable manufacturing system. In this paper, a maintenance and scheduling model for energy consumption is established for the workshop equipment of the production and manufacturing system. The mathematical model of equipment performance decline is established by using reliability probability function. Various maintenance actions of equipment (including minor repair, medium repair, overhaul and replacement) are defined. At the same time, the Malik service age proportional recovery model is used to model the performance recovery of the equipment after maintenance activities. Then the artificial neural network is introduced to establish the mapping function of equipment performance and energy consumption. On the basis of the above model, two maintenance strategies based on reliability and considering equipment energy consumption are designed. Considering the characteristics of the equipment and its subsystems, the multi-performance decline, energy consumption and maintenance properties of the equipment are introduced, and the corresponding maintenance index evaluation method is designed. A maintenance strategy classification algorithm based on Fisher algorithm is designed, which uses empirical data to train the algorithm, evaluates the attributes of the maintenance equipment subsystem, and uses the classification algorithm to classify the maintenance strategy. In this paper, the artificial immune algorithm is introduced, and a cloned artificial immune algorithm for maintenance scheduling optimization is designed, and the coding method, crossover operator, mutation operator, affinity, concentration and incentive function of the algorithm are described in detail. Finally, the algorithm is used to optimize the workshop maintenance scheduling problem. The maintenance case of sliding bearing production workshop is designed, and the maintenance scheduling strategy based on reliability and energy consumption is used to solve the case, and the simulation results are compared and analyzed. Finally, from the point of view of the basic functional requirements of the management system, the design method of the equipment intelligent maintenance and management system is introduced in detail. The interface of the software is developed by Visual Basic6.0, and the function of VB calling functions in Matlab software is realized by ActiveX interface technology. The equipment maintenance decision module, energy consumption prediction module and workshop scheduling module of the system software are introduced in detail. Finally, the intelligent maintenance and management system of the equipment is developed.
