非標機械產(chǎn)品系列化設計準則及工程應用研究
[Abstract]:The serialization and standardization of mechanical products are the requirements and results of the development of modern industry. How to carry on the serial design of the product scientifically and quickly, and seek the advanced seriation design method has the theoretical value and the practical guiding significance to the product seriation. This paper tries to make some basic research and discussion on the serial design of non-standard mechanical products, and tries to put forward the method to guide the series design with the method of establishing the series design criterion of non-standard products (the series criterion). The design of non-standard products is mainly based on the product design of single platform, and the seriation degree is low, but with the development of technology, the series of non-standard products is more and more. On the basis of a single product, the design and development of similar products, based on the expanded design of the existing products, belong to the scope of this paper. The similar theory has a very high value of engineering application, and the related research is continuous, mainly in the model test between the systems, the similarity measure between the systems and the engineering application, and the product seriation research A systematic and in-depth study of similar theory has been carried out by Professor Zhou Meili, and the series of research results have been obtained. The problems of serial design of the product are studied. The similar system is divided into the exact similarity, the extension similarity and the fuzzy similarity, and the seriation design is systematically The base-based extension calculation is also given. The purpose of this paper is to explore a more concise and practical product seriation design method with the aid of the concept of the similar theory. Based on the similar second theorem, the similar criterion is directly or conditionally converted into the series design criterion of the mechanical product, and the serial design parameter of the product is obtained by using the design criterion. The number, which provides a scientific and quick side for the tedious series design Based on the similarity criterion between two similar bodies, this paper studies the construction of the series design criteria for non-standard mechanical products. In that first place, a series design criterion of the single part of the non-standard mechanical product is set up, and it is spread to a single mechanical system and a complex machine. The main system is put forward in the complex system, and the main parameters have the seriation of engineering use value. In the end, the application example of the project is given, and the series criterion of each sub-system is set up for the rotary atomization system, and the seriation of the series is also given. The results of the study are as follows: the new product development, especially on a certain basis, has the meaning of the series development.
