基于ease-off的通用加工參數(shù)的弧齒錐齒輪高階反調(diào)修正研究

【摘要】:利用高階運(yùn)動系數(shù)表示的通用加工參數(shù)用來進(jìn)行弧齒錐齒輪的精確ease-off齒面反調(diào)修正。首先基于通用展成加工模型(UGM)采用高階多項(xiàng)式函數(shù)表達(dá)的通用加工參數(shù)來定義真實(shí)高階ease-off齒面。然后考慮到方程求解的強(qiáng)烈非線性引入敏感系數(shù)矩陣和改進(jìn)的帶置信域策略的Levenberg-Marquardat(L-M)算法來獲得精確穩(wěn)定的通用加工參數(shù)反調(diào)量。最后基于通用加工參數(shù)的高階反調(diào)方法被提出來主要包括:i)最優(yōu)加工參數(shù)調(diào)整;ii)高階ease-off齒面修正。給出的算例證明高階反調(diào)修正后的齒面ease-off能夠達(dá)到1mm甚至更小提出的方法具有良好的實(shí)用性
