中科院工程熱物理所壓氣機(jī)氣動性能研究獲進(jìn)展

【摘要】:正角區(qū)分離是軸流壓氣機(jī)中普遍存在的一種流動結(jié)構(gòu),尤其是在非設(shè)計(jì)工況下,角區(qū)分離會導(dǎo)致壓氣機(jī)效率降低,增壓能力下降。針對這一問題,中國科學(xué)院工程熱物理研究所的研究人員采用平面葉柵實(shí)驗(yàn)與三維CFD(計(jì)算流體力學(xué))數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的方法,對壓氣機(jī)典型工況下的角區(qū)分離流動結(jié)構(gòu),以及損失特性進(jìn)行了深入研究。
[Abstract]:The separation of positive angle region is a common flow structure in axial flow compressor, especially under non-design conditions, the separation of angle region will lead to the decrease of compressor efficiency and the decrease of supercharging capacity. In order to solve this problem, the researchers at the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences adopted the method of combining plane cascade experiment with three-dimensional CFD (Computational fluid Dynamics) numerical simulation to separate the flow structure in the angular region of the compressor under typical working conditions. And the loss characteristics are deeply studied.
