【摘要】：氣缸中氣動(dòng)往復(fù)Y形密封圈在內(nèi)外行程2種不同運(yùn)動(dòng)方向的變形差別比較大,產(chǎn)生的摩擦力也不一樣。根據(jù)氣缸功能的不同,氣缸中Y形圈有2種不同的運(yùn)動(dòng)方向,即向著無(wú)壓力側(cè)方向運(yùn)動(dòng)和向著有壓力側(cè)方向運(yùn)動(dòng)。而Y形圈在2種不同的運(yùn)動(dòng)方向的變形差別比較大,產(chǎn)生的摩擦力也不一樣。通過(guò)一種能分別測(cè)量氣動(dòng)往復(fù)Y形密封圈2個(gè)方向摩擦力的試驗(yàn)臺(tái),測(cè)量不同壓力、不同速度、不同運(yùn)動(dòng)方向時(shí)Y形密封圈的摩擦力,探討氣缸工況對(duì)摩擦力的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:外行程方向的摩擦力明顯大于內(nèi)行程方向的摩擦力;隨著壓力的增大摩擦力也增大;在低速下,Y形圈摩擦力比較大,隨著速度的增加,摩擦力先大幅下降后又緩慢上升。通過(guò)比較試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和有限元仿真結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的可靠性和試驗(yàn)方法的可行性,并計(jì)算了可用于有限元仿真的Y形密封圈不同速度下的摩擦因數(shù),為研究和設(shè)計(jì)氣動(dòng)密封提供了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the cylinder, the deformation of pneumatic reciprocating Y-shaped sealing ring in two different motion directions is quite different, and the friction force is also different. According to the different functions of the cylinder, there are two different directions of motion of the Y-ring in the cylinder, that is, the direction of the pressure-free side and the direction of the pressure-free side. However, the deformation of Y-ring in two different directions of motion is quite different, and the friction force is different. Through a test bed which can measure the friction force in two directions of pneumatic reciprocating Y seal ring, the friction force of Y seal ring under different pressure, different speed and different motion direction is measured, and the influence of cylinder working condition on friction force is discussed. The results show that the friction force in the external stroke direction is obviously larger than that in the internal stroke direction, and the friction force increases with the increase of pressure. At low speed, the friction force of Y-ring is relatively large. With the increase of speed, the friction force first decreases greatly and then increases slowly. By comparing the test data with the finite element simulation results, the reliability of the test results and the feasibility of the test method are verified, and the friction coefficient of Y seal ring which can be used in finite element simulation at different speeds is calculated. It provides the basic data for the research and design of pneumatic seal.
