輸送帶接頭動(dòng)態(tài)耐久性能實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)研究設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:本文依據(jù)《MT668-2008國家煤炭行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中的內(nèi)容所述,模擬輸送帶實(shí)際加載的使用情況,研究設(shè)計(jì)了輸送帶接頭動(dòng)態(tài)耐久性能實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)可有效的判定輸送帶接頭質(zhì)量,減少輸送帶接頭斷裂事故的發(fā)生,因此,它的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)越來越普遍。 本文詳細(xì)論述了帶式輸送機(jī)的工作原理和工作特性,根據(jù)其工作原理和實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備的具體要求,研究設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的執(zhí)行裝置,確定了實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù),并提出了具體的實(shí)驗(yàn)方案;論述了輸送帶及輸送帶接頭技術(shù),分析了輸送帶的動(dòng)態(tài)耐久性能;設(shè)計(jì)了一液壓控制系統(tǒng),本系統(tǒng)以電液比例閥為核心,可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)油壓的控制,以此來控制液壓缸伸縮力的大小,從而滿足被試輸送帶實(shí)驗(yàn)張力的大小要求;設(shè)計(jì)了以比例方向閥為核心的同步液壓控制系統(tǒng),以滿足兩液壓缸工作時(shí)保持同步,并對(duì)各種同步液壓控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究和分析;對(duì)液壓控制系統(tǒng)的各元件進(jìn)行了選擇和計(jì)算,文中給出了液壓缸各參數(shù)的詳細(xì)計(jì)算過程;設(shè)計(jì)了一電氣控制系統(tǒng),給出了實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)自動(dòng)起車和正常停車的程序框圖,提出了實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)正常工作的詳細(xì)控制方案,對(duì)被試輸送帶的帶速、最大載荷、最小載荷和實(shí)驗(yàn)周期進(jìn)行了有效的控制。最后,通過以上執(zhí)行裝置、液壓控制系統(tǒng)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)的整合,建立了輸送帶接頭動(dòng)態(tài)耐久性實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:According to the content of MT668-2008 National Coal Industry Standard, this paper simulates the actual loading of conveyor belt, and studies and designs the dynamic durability test platform of conveyor belt joint. This experimental platform can effectively determine the quality of conveyor belt joint and reduce the occurrence of fracture accident of conveyor belt joint. Therefore, its application has become more and more common. In this paper, the working principle and characteristics of belt conveyor are discussed in detail. According to its working principle and the specific requirements of experimental equipment, the executive device of the experimental platform is studied and designed, the experimental parameters are determined, and the concrete experimental scheme is put forward. The technology of conveyor belt and conveyor belt joint is discussed, and the dynamic durability of conveyor belt is analyzed. A hydraulic control system is designed. The system takes the electro-hydraulic proportional valve as the core, which can realize the control of the oil pressure of the system, so as to control the expansion force of the hydraulic cylinder, so as to meet the requirements of the experimental tension of the conveyor belt. A synchronous hydraulic control system with proportional directional valve as the core is designed to maintain synchronization when the two hydraulic cylinders work, and all kinds of synchronous hydraulic control systems are studied and analyzed. The components of the hydraulic control system are selected and calculated, and the detailed calculation process of the parameters of the hydraulic cylinder is given in this paper. An electrical control system is designed, the program block diagram of automatic starting and normal parking of the experimental platform is given, and the detailed control scheme of the normal operation of the experimental platform is put forward, and the belt speed and maximum load of the tested conveyor belt are put forward. The minimum load and experimental period are effectively controlled. Finally, through the integration of the above executive device, hydraulic control system and electrical control system, the dynamic durability test platform of conveyor belt joint is established.
