三筒回轉(zhuǎn)式烘干機回轉(zhuǎn)裝置關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)研究

【摘要】:回轉(zhuǎn)式烘干機因其適應(yīng)性強而廣泛應(yīng)用于各類顆粒物料的烘干,其中三筒回轉(zhuǎn)式烘干機更具優(yōu)越性及廣闊的市場前景,但其回轉(zhuǎn)裝置關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)普遍存在以下問題:內(nèi)筒及中筒尺寸不科學(xué),導(dǎo)致烘干效率較低,流體運行阻力大,物料易堵塞;三層筒體的鋼板厚度不合理,磨損不均勻,尤其外筒磨損特別嚴重。本文對回轉(zhuǎn)裝置進行了傳熱學(xué)、兩相流運動學(xué)及三層筒體磨損規(guī)律的分析,并從工程應(yīng)用角度提出了其關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的具體確定方法。
[Abstract]:The rotary dryer is widely used in the drying of all kinds of particulate materials because of its strong adaptability, among which the three-barrel rotary dryer has more advantages and broad market prospects. However, the key structural parameters of the rotary device generally have the following problems: the size of the inner cylinder and the middle cylinder is not scientific, resulting in low drying efficiency, large fluid operation resistance and easy blockage of materials; The thickness of the steel plate of the three-layer cylinder is unreasonable and the wear is uneven, especially the wear of the outer tube is especially serious. In this paper, the heat transfer, two-phase flow kinematics and the wear law of three-layer cylinder are analyzed, and the concrete determination method of its key structural parameters is put forward from the point of view of engineering application.
