隨機(jī)載荷下基于Kriging模型的圓錐滾子凸度量?jī)?yōu)化
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the contact stress between tapered roller bus and raceway, 31313 tapered roller bearing is taken as the object, and on the basis of considering the randomness of tapered roller bearing load, the maximum contact stress between tapered roller bus and raceway is taken as the response value. Taking the convex metric as the design variable, the Kriging model of the maximum contact stress between the roller and the raceway is constructed. On this basis, taking the Kriging model as the objective function, the convex metric optimization model of conical roller is established. The multi-island genetic algorithm is used to optimize the convex metric, and the optimized convex metric is obtained. The results show that compared with the traditional optimization method, the convex metric can significantly reduce the maximum contact stress between conical roller bus and raceway.
