滾動軸承故障特征頻率實驗改變與間諧波倍頻誤差機理研究

【摘要】:滾動軸承故障特征頻率計算一直是滾動軸承故障診斷和狀態(tài)監(jiān)測領(lǐng)域的重要理論依據(jù)。但實驗發(fā)現(xiàn),故障特征頻率實驗測得值與故障特征頻率公式計算值并不完全吻合、相同實驗條件下兩組不同的實驗數(shù)據(jù)得到的故障特征頻率也不完全一致、諧波頻率與基頻并不是嚴(yán)格意義上的倍數(shù)關(guān)系,即存在間諧波倍頻誤差等諸多問題。隨后深入并全面分析了特征頻率實驗改變機理以及間諧波倍頻誤差的根本原因,并以此為據(jù)從理論上探討了誤差改進(jìn)方法,為滾動軸承故障診斷及方法改進(jìn)提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The calculation of fault characteristic frequency of rolling bearing has always been an important theoretical basis in the field of fault diagnosis and condition monitoring of rolling bearing. However, it is found that the measured value of fault characteristic frequency is not completely consistent with the calculated value of fault characteristic frequency formula, and the fault characteristic frequency of two groups of different experimental data under the same experimental conditions is not exactly the same. The relationship between harmonic frequency and fundamental frequency is not strictly multiple, that is, there are many problems such as inter-harmonic frequency doubling error. Then, the mechanism of experimental change of characteristic frequency and the fundamental cause of inter-harmonic frequency doubling error are thoroughly analyzed. Based on this, the error improvement method is discussed theoretically, which provides the theoretical basis for fault diagnosis and improvement of rolling bearing.
