基于關(guān)鍵資源的水平集成型虛擬企業(yè)任務(wù)分配研究
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid change of market and the increasingly fierce competition, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) cluster has brought great challenges. Therefore, aiming at the horizontal cooperative group in small and medium-sized enterprises cluster, this paper constructs the level integrated virtual enterprise, discusses how to strengthen the development and planning management of small and medium-sized enterprises cluster, and how to optimize the allocation of limited resources of enterprise cluster. It has positive significance to promote the scale effect and brand effect of small and medium-sized enterprises cluster. Production task assignment is an important part in the operation stage of horizontal integrated virtual enterprise, which plays a key role in the success or failure of project execution in cross-enterprise cooperation. The research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the identification of the key resources of the level integrated virtual enterprise through the analysis of the production mode and characteristics of the level integrated virtual enterprise, The operation process of level integrated virtual enterprise based on key resources is put forward. Then, the idea of key resource identification for production process and order is put forward, and the key resource is identified by constructing the evaluation system of key resource index and calculating the evaluation value. (2) production task assignment of level integrated virtual enterprise based on key resources. Firstly, through the analysis of task assignment and task assignment factors, this paper puts forward the idea of using key resource capability to assign tasks to level integrated virtual enterprise. The optimal allocation of the whole virtual enterprise resources can be achieved by optimizing the local resources of each cooperative enterprise. Then, a task assignment optimization model of level integrated virtual enterprise with balanced load rate and lowest cost is established, and genetic algorithm is used to solve integer programming problem. (3) the development and implementation of the prototype system has studied the architecture of the prototype system, designed the function module and database and so on. Finally, a concrete application example has been given to validate the prototype system.
