轉(zhuǎn)速對螺桿泵定子磨損影響的機理分析與速度優(yōu)化

【摘要】:作為一種高效環(huán)保的新型舉升工藝,在過去二十年中,螺桿泵采油技術(shù)在世界范圍內(nèi)的應(yīng)用規(guī)模迅速擴大。定子橡膠和會屬轉(zhuǎn)子組成的螺桿泵是螺桿泵采油系統(tǒng)的核心部件,其中定子橡膠襯套尤為重要,它的磨損直接制約著工作效率和使用壽命。轉(zhuǎn)速是對定子磨損十分重要的影響因素,目前人們對螺桿泵的調(diào)節(jié)就是通過轉(zhuǎn)速來實現(xiàn)的,但是轉(zhuǎn)速對其定子橡膠磨損的影響機理還鮮有報道,如何清晰準(zhǔn)確地表征和認(rèn)識定子磨損機理,成為長期困擾采油工程師們的難題。對此,論文進行了轉(zhuǎn)速對螺桿泵定子橡膠磨損的影響行為研究。 本文基于螺桿泵工作原理,對螺桿泵運動學(xué)與動力學(xué)進行了深入研究,并綜合考慮了螺桿泵容積效率、原油粘度、原油溫度等因素,從理論上對螺桿泵轉(zhuǎn)速選擇提出了建議;采用MPV-600環(huán)塊試驗機,選取常用的丁腈橡膠和氟橡膠進行干摩擦和原油潤滑摩擦實驗,研究其摩擦特性,分析了兩種橡膠在不同介質(zhì)條件下的磨損行為;依據(jù)螺桿泵實際工況特點,采用人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法,建立了原油粘度、泵端壓差以及定轉(zhuǎn)子間過盈量三個因素與輸出轉(zhuǎn)速之間匹配的優(yōu)化模型,討論了上述因素交互耦合作用產(chǎn)生的非線性優(yōu)化問題;通過遺傳算法優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)初始權(quán)值和閾值,有效地提高了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的收斂速度和預(yù)測準(zhǔn)確率;最后,通過實證分析,證明了利用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立的輸出轉(zhuǎn)速優(yōu)化模型具有模型易于搭建、預(yù)測耗時短等優(yōu)點,可以有效地應(yīng)用于螺桿泵采油系統(tǒng)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速優(yōu)化方法的研究。
[Abstract]:As a new type of high-efficiency and environment-friendly lifting technology, in the past two decades, the application scale of the screw pump oil extraction technology in the world has expanded rapidly. The screw pump, which is composed of the stator and the rotor, is the core part of the screw pump oil extraction system, and the stator rubber bush is of particular importance, and its wear directly restricts the working efficiency and the service life. The rotating speed is an important factor for the wear of the stator. At present, the adjustment of the screw pump is realized by the rotating speed, but the mechanism of the influence of the rotating speed on the wear of the stator rubber is not reported, and the mechanism of the wear of the stator is clearly and accurately characterized and recognized. Becoming a long-term problem with the production engineers. In this paper, the influence of the rotating speed on the rubber wear of the stator of the screw pump is studied. Based on the working principle of the screw pump, the kinematics and dynamics of the screw pump are deeply studied, and the factors such as the volumetric efficiency of the screw pump, the viscosity of the crude oil and the temperature of the crude oil are considered in this paper. The suggestions on the selection of the rotation speed of the screw pump are put forward from the theory. The MPV-600 ring block test is used. According to the characteristics of the actual working conditions of the screw pump, the artificial neural network method is used to establish the crude oil. The optimization model of the matching between the viscosity, the pressure difference of the pump end and the interference between the stator and the rotor and the output speed is discussed. The nonlinear optimization problem caused by the interaction coupling of the above factors is discussed. The initial weight of the network and the initial weight of the network are optimized by the genetic algorithm. The threshold value can effectively improve the convergence speed and the prediction accuracy of the network. Finally, through the empirical analysis, it is proved that the output speed optimization model established by the neural network has the advantages of easy construction, short prediction time and so on.
