WCB閘閥閥體拉伸性能不合格原因分析

【摘要】:采用化學(xué)成分分析、金相檢驗(yàn)、斷口、掃描電鏡及能譜分析等方法對(duì)WCB閘閥閥體拉伸性能不合格的原因進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,閥體中碳含量偏低、殘余鑄態(tài)組織、非金屬夾雜物及顯微疏松是導(dǎo)致WCB閘閥閥體拉伸性能不合格的原因。
[Abstract]:The reasons for the unqualified tensile properties of WCB gate valve body were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, fracture surface, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the low carbon content in the valve body, residual as-cast structure, non-metallic inclusions and micro-looseness are the reasons for the unqualified tensile properties of the WCB gate valve body.
