制造系統(tǒng)人因可靠性分析方法及輔助系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)
[Abstract]:In this paper, the method of human reliability analysis in manufacturing system is studied. With the increasing complexity and functionality of manufacturing systems, the role of human as a system factor becomes more and more important. In today's manufacturing system, the reliability of equipment is improving day by day, but the importance of factor reliability is more and more prominent. In this paper, "the method of human reliability analysis of manufacturing system" is studied, including qualitative analysis method of human reliability and quantitative analysis method of human reliability of manufacturing system, which includes qualitative analysis method of human reliability and quantitative analysis method of human reliability of manufacturing system. And take a company bearing manufacturing process as an example to carry on the human factor reliability analysis. On the basis of the above work, the human reliability assistant system for bearing manufacturing process is studied and developed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: in the first chapter, the problems and development of human reliability analysis in manufacturing systems are introduced, and the research status in the field of human reliability at home and abroad is analyzed. The second chapter reviews the methods of human reliability analysis. The main evaluation indexes are method complexity, method maturity, qualitative analysis availability, quantitative analysis usability, data availability, result accuracy and method applicability. Seven kinds of human reliability analysis methods are analyzed and compared. In chapter 3, the qualitative traceability analysis method of human reliability in manufacturing system is presented, which includes three parts: model, classification framework and method, and the method of qualitative traceability analysis of human reliability in manufacturing system is proposed, which is composed of three parts: model, classification framework and method. Taking bearing manufacturing process as an example, the qualitative analysis of human reliability is carried out. Chapter 4 the quantitative analysis method of human reliability in manufacturing system presents a method of quantitative analysis of human reliability in manufacturing system. A method of human factor index screening using hierarchical genetic algorithm is proposed. Taking bearing manufacturing process as an example, the quantitative analysis of human reliability is carried out. According to the work done above and the requirement of manufacturing informatization, a set of human reliability assistant system of manufacturing system is developed to analyze the human reliability of manufacturing system. Chapter 6 summarizes the research work of this paper, and points out the content and direction of further research in the future.
