高職高專院校機械設計與制造專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:在崇尚“科學技術是第一生產力”的當代,一個國家人才培養(yǎng)水平的高低就決定了這個國家社會生產力的高低,當然也就決定了這個國家國民經濟發(fā)展速度的快慢。如何提高人才培養(yǎng)的水平就成了高職高專院校的中心任務,而長期以來作為人才培養(yǎng)模式主體實施者的高職高專院校,“知識本位教育”、課程的學科化造成了人才培養(yǎng)的效果與企業(yè)的需求存在嚴重的偏離,如何將教學的過程與企業(yè)的實際緊密結合成為全面提高高職高專院校人才培養(yǎng)水平的重要突破口。 本文以江蘇北部地區(qū)高職高專院校機械設計與制造專業(yè)為例,在做出充分的調研的基礎上,針對我國高職教育的現(xiàn)實情況,初步構建了“基于工作過程”的“四雙”人才培養(yǎng)模式。 首先,本文通過對發(fā)達國家和我國的高職高專人才培養(yǎng)模式比較研究中得出我國高職教育產學結合還不緊密。其次,論文系統(tǒng)闡述了基于工作過程相關概念的界定以及四雙育人模式的構架。最后,本文結合江蘇北部地區(qū)的實際情況,以機械設計與制造專業(yè)為例,通過對七所高職院校、一百二十六名畢業(yè)生、十八家用人單位的調研,初步提出了基于工作過程的機制專業(yè)四雙課程體系的有效途徑以及實訓體系及教學團隊的建設思路。 本文認為“基于工作過程”的“四雙”人才培養(yǎng)模式是一種以企業(yè)真實的典型產品為任務載體,以培養(yǎng)學生良好的社會與方法能力、科學的創(chuàng)新精神和熟練的職業(yè)技能為目標,通過推行校企合作的辦學模式、學做合一的學習模式和產教結合的人才培養(yǎng)模式。它是貫徹“以就業(yè)為導向,以學生為中心,以能力為本位”的高職教育辦學方針的較好途徑。
[Abstract]:In the contemporary era where "science and technology is the first productive force", the level of talent training in a country determines the level of social productivity and, of course, the speed of national economic development. How to improve the level of talent training has become the central task of higher vocational colleges, and as the main implementer of talent training mode for a long time, "knowledge-based education", which has been the main body of personnel training model, has become the central task of higher vocational colleges. There is a serious deviation between the effect of talent training and the needs of enterprises. How to combine the teaching process closely with the reality of enterprises becomes an important breakthrough to improve the level of talent training in higher vocational colleges and universities in an all-round way. This paper takes the mechanical design and manufacturing specialty of higher vocational colleges in northern Jiangsu as an example, on the basis of full investigation and investigation, aiming at the reality of higher vocational education in China, The training mode of "four pairs" talents based on work process is initially constructed. First of all, this paper draws a conclusion that the combination of higher vocational education production and learning is not close through the comparative study of talents training modes in developed countries and in our country. Secondly, the definition of the concept based on the working process and the framework of the four-pair education model are systematically described in this paper. Finally, based on the actual situation in northern Jiangsu and taking mechanical design and manufacturing major as an example, through the investigation of seven higher vocational colleges, 126 graduates and 18 employers, This paper puts forward the effective way of four-pair curriculum system of mechanism specialty based on work process, and the train of thought of practice system and the construction of teaching team. This paper thinks that the "four pairs" talent training mode based on the work process is a kind of task carrier based on the typical products of the enterprise, aiming at cultivating the students' good social and methodological ability, scientific innovation spirit and skilled professional skills, and the aim is to develop the students' good social and methodological ability, scientific innovation spirit and skilled vocational skills. Through the implementation of the school-enterprise cooperation mode, the combination of learning and doing learning mode and the combination of production and education of talent training mode. It is a better way to carry out the "employment-oriented, student-centered, competency-based" policy of running higher vocational education.
