混凝土輸送設(shè)備液壓系統(tǒng)的建模與故障分析

【摘要】:混凝土輸送設(shè)備(以下簡(jiǎn)稱混凝土泵)是建筑行業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用的一種工程液壓機(jī)械。液壓系統(tǒng)是其技術(shù)的關(guān)鍵,也是混凝土泵容易發(fā)生故障的主要部分。因此,針對(duì)混凝土泵液壓系統(tǒng)的故障分析具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以HBT60型混凝土泵液壓系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其液壓系統(tǒng)故障進(jìn)行了研究,主要進(jìn)行了以下幾個(gè)方面的工作: 1、介紹了混凝土泵液壓系統(tǒng)的組成和工作原理,給出故障測(cè)試條件和結(jié)果,并基于實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)擺缸停頓作了故障分析,找出故障元件集合并歸納了在換向過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生故障現(xiàn)象的原因。 2、根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)故障元件的幾何參數(shù)和運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了參數(shù)識(shí)別。 3、利用功率鍵合圖和微分方程的方法建立了故障元件的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果作了相關(guān)故障分析。 4、結(jié)合了基于實(shí)驗(yàn)的故障分析和故障元件建模仿真的故障分析結(jié)果,對(duì)擺缸的停頓故障做出了診斷研究,得出相關(guān)的結(jié)論并提出了消除故障的措施。
[Abstract]:Concrete conveying equipment (hereinafter referred to as concrete pump) is widely used in the construction industry as a kind of engineering hydraulic machinery. Hydraulic system is the key of its technology, and it is also the main part of concrete pump which is prone to failure. Therefore, the fault analysis of concrete pump hydraulic system has very important practical significance. In this paper, the hydraulic system of HBT60 concrete pump is studied. The main work is as follows: 1. The composition and working principle of hydraulic system of concrete pump are introduced. The fault test conditions and results are given, and the failure analysis of the pendulum cylinder pause is made based on the experiment, and the causes of the fault phenomenon in the course of commutation are summed up by the combination of the fault elements. 2. Based on the experimental data, the geometric parameters and motion parameters of the fault elements are identified. 3. The mathematical model of fault element is established by using the method of power bond graph and differential equation, and the relevant fault analysis is made according to the simulation results. 4. Combining the result of fault analysis based on experiment and modeling of fault element, the fault diagnosis of swing cylinder is made, and the relevant conclusions are drawn, and the measures to eliminate the fault are put forward.
