混凝土輸送設(shè)備液壓系統(tǒng)的建模與故障分析
[Abstract]:Concrete conveying equipment (hereinafter referred to as concrete pump) is widely used in the construction industry as a kind of engineering hydraulic machinery. Hydraulic system is the key of its technology, and it is also the main part of concrete pump which is prone to failure. Therefore, the fault analysis of concrete pump hydraulic system has very important practical significance. In this paper, the hydraulic system of HBT60 concrete pump is studied. The main work is as follows: 1. The composition and working principle of hydraulic system of concrete pump are introduced. The fault test conditions and results are given, and the failure analysis of the pendulum cylinder pause is made based on the experiment, and the causes of the fault phenomenon in the course of commutation are summed up by the combination of the fault elements. 2. Based on the experimental data, the geometric parameters and motion parameters of the fault elements are identified. 3. The mathematical model of fault element is established by using the method of power bond graph and differential equation, and the relevant fault analysis is made according to the simulation results. 4. Combining the result of fault analysis based on experiment and modeling of fault element, the fault diagnosis of swing cylinder is made, and the relevant conclusions are drawn, and the measures to eliminate the fault are put forward.
