平行分度凸輪綜合與仿真系統(tǒng)研究開發(fā)

【摘要】:本文通過對常用平行分度凸輪綜合,應(yīng)用齊次坐標(biāo)變換方法,以VC++6.0和UG為開發(fā)工具,對平行分度凸輪綜合與仿真系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了較為深入細(xì)致地研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了平行分度凸輪CAD/CAM一體化,提高了設(shè)計(jì)效率,縮短了開發(fā)周期,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,主要研究內(nèi)容與研究成果如下: 1.對平行分度凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)以及從動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)盤運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律的選擇進(jìn)行了較為詳盡地探討研究,歸納了平行分度凸輪各參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系以及從動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)盤運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律的計(jì)算公式與特性值,總結(jié)了從動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)盤運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律的選取原則以及適用場合,并給出了設(shè)計(jì)平行分度凸輪輪廓曲線的制約條件。 2.綜合了常用平行分度凸輪,并對平行分度凸輪進(jìn)行了分類、系列化,對每一系列的平行分度凸輪進(jìn)行了分析與研究,應(yīng)用齊次坐標(biāo)變換方法,推導(dǎo)出了每一系列平行分度凸輪的理論輪廓曲線方程與工作輪廓曲線方程,編制了通用子程序,使用了對話框技術(shù),建立了設(shè)計(jì)向?qū)?開發(fā)了平行分度凸輪仿真系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)操作簡便,具有較強(qiáng)的人機(jī)交互能力以及較好的集成性、通用性與實(shí)用性。 3.研究了平行分度凸輪仿真系統(tǒng)的輪廓設(shè)計(jì)模塊、圖形仿真模塊、數(shù)據(jù)提取模塊、加工仿真模塊以及它們之間的相互關(guān)系,可以較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享,其中通過圖形仿真模塊可以判斷平行分度凸輪的正確性以及合理性,避免了不合理平行分度凸輪的生成,提高了設(shè)計(jì)效率,縮短了開發(fā)周期。 4.研究了VC++6.0與UG軟件之間的信息交換技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了在不同數(shù)據(jù)接口文件之間轉(zhuǎn)換,以特定文件要求的格式保存數(shù)據(jù),然后轉(zhuǎn)入U(xiǎn)G環(huán)境,建立了平行分度凸輪三維實(shí)體模型,進(jìn)行了加工仿真,自動(dòng)生成NC代碼,從而驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果的精確性與可行性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the synthesis and simulation system of parallel indexing cam is studied deeply and meticulously by using homogeneous coordinate transformation method and VC 6.0and UG as developing tools, through the synthesis of the common parallel indexing cam, and by using the method of homogeneous coordinate transformation, the parallel indexing cam synthesis and simulation system is studied in detail. The CAD/CAM integration of parallel indexing cam is realized, which improves the design efficiency and shortens the development period. The main research contents and research results are as follows: 1. In this paper, the design of the mechanism parameters of parallel indexing cam and the selection of the motion law of the driven disk are discussed in detail. The relationship among the parameters of the parallel indexing cam and the calculation formula and the characteristic value of the motion law of the driven disk are summarized, and the relationship between the parameters of the parallel indexing cam is discussed in detail. This paper summarizes the selection principle and applicable situation of the motion law of the driven turntable and gives the restriction conditions for designing the contour curve of the parallel indexing cam. 2. In this paper, the common parallel indexing cam is synthesized, the parallel indexing cam is classified and serialized, and every series of parallel indexing cam is analyzed and studied, and the method of homogeneous coordinate transformation is used. The theoretical contour curve equation and the working profile curve equation of each series of parallel indexing cam are derived, the general subprogram is compiled, the design guide is established by using dialog box technology, and the simulation system of parallel indexing cam is developed. The system has the advantages of simple operation, strong human-computer interaction, good integration, versatility and practicability. 3. The contour design module, graphic simulation module, data extraction module, machining simulation module and their relations in the parallel indexing cam simulation system are studied, and the data sharing can be realized well. Through the graphic simulation module, the correctness and rationality of parallel indexing cam can be judged, the generation of unreasonable parallel indexing cam can be avoided, the design efficiency can be improved and the development period can be shortened. 4. This paper studies the information exchange technology between VC 6.0and UG software, realizes the conversion between different data interface files, saves the data in the format required by specific files, then transfers to the UG environment, and establishes the three-dimensional solid model of parallel indexing cam. The machining simulation is carried out and the NC code is generated automatically, which verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the design results.
