【摘要】：隨著近海石油勘探和開(kāi)采的興起,船用閥門(mén)的需求呈現(xiàn)正增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。作為船用閥門(mén)的代表偏心閥具有獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)理念,在船用閥門(mén)市場(chǎng)具有很強(qiáng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,所以,如果偏心閥項(xiàng)目能夠成功地實(shí)施,那么,這個(gè)項(xiàng)目不僅可以提高公司的項(xiàng)目管理水平和盈利水平,而且還有利于公司未來(lái)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 任何一個(gè)項(xiàng)目的成功實(shí)施都要求項(xiàng)目成員及項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)方之間有效溝通與協(xié)調(diào)配合,偏心閥項(xiàng)目也不例外,但是,在項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)施過(guò)程中,公司內(nèi)部各職能部門(mén)之間、公司與供應(yīng)商及政府職能部門(mén)之間、公司與法國(guó)閥門(mén)事業(yè)部和設(shè)計(jì)部門(mén)之間出現(xiàn)的溝通管理問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程困難重重。本文介紹了大連KSB公司偏心閥項(xiàng)目溝通管理存在的問(wèn)題以及相關(guān)的團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通與協(xié)調(diào)、沖突管理理論依據(jù),從項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通障礙的影響因素等方面系統(tǒng)地分析了溝通協(xié)調(diào)問(wèn)題以及沖突產(chǎn)生的原因,最后,理論聯(lián)系項(xiàng)目溝通管理實(shí)際,分別從組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置、溝通渠道的選擇、解決沖突技術(shù)和激發(fā)沖突技術(shù)、個(gè)性因素等方面有針對(duì)性地提出解決問(wèn)題的策略與措施,促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通協(xié)調(diào)與配合,共同實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)。項(xiàng)目溝通以及沖突管理的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐表明：項(xiàng)目組織成員之間的協(xié)調(diào)配合能力明顯改善,項(xiàng)目組織績(jī)效明顯提高,項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)得到實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rise of offshore oil exploration and exploitation, the demand for marine valves shows a positive growth trend. As the representative of marine valve eccentricity valve has a unique design concept, in the marine valve market has a strong competitiveness, so, if the eccentric valve project can be successfully implemented, then, This project can not only improve the company's project management level and profit level, but also benefit the company's sustainable development in the future. The successful implementation of any project requires effective communication and coordination between the project members and project stakeholders, and the eccentric valve project is no exception. The problems of communication and management between the company and the suppliers and government departments, between the company and the French valve department and the design department lead to the difficulties in the project development process. This paper introduces the problems existing in the communication management of the eccentric valve project in Dalian KSB Company, as well as the related team communication and coordination, the theoretical basis of conflict management, This paper systematically analyzes the problem of communication coordination and the causes of conflict from the aspects of the influencing factors of project team communication barriers. Finally, it combines the theory with the project communication management practice, respectively from the organizational structure setting, the choice of communication channels. In the aspects of conflict resolution technology, motivating conflict technology, personality factors and so on, the strategies and measures to solve the problem are put forward to promote the communication, coordination and cooperation of the project team, so as to achieve the project goal together. The practice of project communication and conflict management shows that the ability of coordination and coordination among the members of the project organization is obviously improved, the performance of the project organization is obviously improved, and the goal of the project is achieved.
