三一集團(tuán)平衡重式叉車造型設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中發(fā)揮著巨大作用,并且隨著國(guó)家政策春風(fēng)的不斷吹拂,工程機(jī)械行業(yè)的前景也是愈發(fā)良好。與此同時(shí),工程機(jī)械行業(yè)在提升自主創(chuàng)新能力方面也在進(jìn)行不斷努力,,行業(yè)內(nèi)對(duì)于工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的重視度不斷提升。工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)作為一個(gè)不斷追求更新、更好、更美的過程,成為企業(yè)中最有活力和最富創(chuàng)造性的活動(dòng),對(duì)提升產(chǎn)品外觀形象,加快產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)功能優(yōu)化發(fā)揮著重要作用。 企業(yè)與工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)的合作愈發(fā)受到重視,對(duì)用戶與企業(yè)而言,了解整個(gè)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的流程是非常必要的。這不僅能夠協(xié)助企業(yè)把握設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)程的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),提高雙方溝通交流的效率,還能夠節(jié)約一定的人力、物力和時(shí)間。三一集團(tuán)就專門成立了工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中心負(fù)責(zé)管理整個(gè)企業(yè)相關(guān)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的進(jìn)度。 其次,隨著時(shí)代車輪的不斷前行,科學(xué)技術(shù)的日新月異,師法自然的仿生設(shè)計(jì)方法逐漸成為一種新風(fēng)向。在現(xiàn)代生活中,由仿生設(shè)計(jì)衍生的造型設(shè)計(jì)方法已經(jīng)在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中得到了廣泛運(yùn)用。 本文以三一集團(tuán)的平衡重式叉車造型設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目展開,首先立足三一委托方的要求條件,進(jìn)行評(píng)估分析,再通過廣泛的產(chǎn)品與用戶調(diào)研分析,以科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的方法進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的展開與收攏,最后基于整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的流程,進(jìn)行總的分析。在論文結(jié)尾處,以實(shí)際的整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)流程的實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ),提出了一份簡(jiǎn)易的基于形態(tài)與意象仿生造型設(shè)計(jì)方法的運(yùn)用模型,并歸納了論文的創(chuàng)新之處。
[Abstract]:Construction machinery products play a great role in real life, and with the continuous blowing of national policies, the prospect of construction machinery industry is becoming more and more good. At the same time, the construction machinery industry in the promotion of independent innovation capacity is also ongoing efforts, the industry of industrial design attention is increasing. As a process of constantly pursuing renewal, better and more beautiful, industrial design has become the most dynamic and creative activity in enterprises, which plays an important role in promoting the appearance image of products and speeding up the optimization of product structure and function. The cooperation between the enterprise and the industrial design team is paid more and more attention. It is necessary for users and enterprises to understand the whole process of industrial design. This can not only help enterprises grasp the key nodes of the design process, improve the efficiency of communication and communication between the two sides, but also save a certain amount of manpower, material resources and time. Sany Group set up an industrial design center responsible for managing the progress of industrial design related to the whole enterprise. Secondly, with the development of the wheel of the times and the rapid development of science and technology, the natural bionic design method is becoming a new wind direction. In modern life, modeling design methods derived from bionic design have been widely used in product design. In this paper, the balanced heavy forklift design project of Sany Group is carried out. Firstly, based on the requirements of the client, the evaluation and analysis are carried out, and then through a wide range of products and user research and analysis. The design is carried out and closed by the method of scientific system, and the overall analysis is carried out based on the whole design process. At the end of the paper, based on the practice of the whole design process, a simple application model of bionic modeling method based on form and image is put forward, and the innovation of the paper is summarized.
