[Abstract]:Construction machinery belongs to professional, functional heavy machinery products. Design and development pay more attention to the engineering design field of function performance, structural strength and system reliability, and lack of attention to industrial design, which affects the development of products and brands. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of human aesthetics, people have higher requirements for heavy machinery modeling design. The market competition of heavy machinery industry is increasing day by day. When the technology develops to a certain degree, industrial design has become an important strategic means for the construction machinery industry to improve its competitiveness, build its brand and enter the international market. Generally speaking, compared with the developed countries in Europe and the United States, the gap in industrial manufacturing technology of heavy machinery products in China is getting smaller and smaller, but there are still great differences in appearance design and appearance quality. In addition to the consideration of multiple functions and technical level indicators, users generally have higher and higher requirements for the visual effects of construction machinery such as body modeling, line style, color perception and so on. Because exquisite beautiful modelling design can improve the added value of construction machinery and market competitiveness. For tire crane design, besides reliability, superior performance, comfortable man-machine interface, novel body modeling design, linear style, coordinated color visual effect, it is also an important part of its design. This paper takes the tire crane as the research object, through the actual project of Sany heavy Industry, studies how to better understand the design requirements of Party A, meet the emotional needs of users and realize the design concept of industrial design. This paper investigates the development and present situation of construction machinery modeling design at home and abroad, after understanding the characteristics of tire crane, through analyzing the modeling style of Sany heavy industry products, to find out Sany group's product series sense or sense of family. This paper studies the styling style characteristics of crane products. The main clue of this paper is the design process of Sany Tire Crane. Firstly, we understand and understand the design requirements of Party A, decompose the design task, investigate and analyze the relevant factors such as the use conditions of the Tire Crane, etc. According to the target requirements and survey results, the project is designed again, and the tire crane is designed iteratively according to Party A's feedback. In the design, the style of Sany enterprise is always maintained, the product is beautiful, manufacturability is strong, the characteristic is bright, provides the beneficial theory summary and the practice experience for the crane and even the construction machinery modelling.
