三一重工輪胎起重機(jī)造型設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:工程機(jī)械屬于專業(yè)性、功能性強(qiáng)的重型機(jī)械產(chǎn)品。設(shè)計(jì)丌發(fā)較多地關(guān)注功能性能、結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和系統(tǒng)可靠性等方面的工程設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域,缺乏對(duì)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)注,從而影響了產(chǎn)品和品牌的發(fā)展。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和人類審美的提高,人們對(duì)重型機(jī)械的造型設(shè)計(jì)有了更高的要求。重型機(jī)械行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇,當(dāng)技術(shù)發(fā)展到一定程度的時(shí)候,工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)就成為了工程機(jī)械行業(yè)提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、構(gòu)建品牌、進(jìn)入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的重要戰(zhàn)略手段。從總體上來(lái)說(shuō),我國(guó)重型機(jī)械產(chǎn)品與歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,雖在工業(yè)制造技術(shù)方面差距越來(lái)越小,但在外觀造型設(shè)計(jì)和外觀質(zhì)量上仍存在較大的差異。 在考慮多項(xiàng)功能、技術(shù)水平指標(biāo)之外,用戶普遍對(duì)工程機(jī)械的車身造型、線型風(fēng)格、色彩觀感等視覺效果都有越來(lái)越高的要求。因?yàn)榫旅烙^的造型設(shè)計(jì)能提高工程機(jī)械的附加值和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。對(duì)于輪胎起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)而言,除了可靠、優(yōu)越的性能、舒適的人機(jī)操作界面,新穎的車身造型設(shè)計(jì)、線型風(fēng)格、協(xié)調(diào)的色彩視覺效果,也是其設(shè)計(jì)的重要組成部分。 本文以輪胎起重機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)三一重工的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目,研究如何更好地理解甲方的設(shè)計(jì)要求、滿足用戶的情感需求和實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)理念。論文調(diào)研了國(guó)內(nèi)外工程機(jī)械造型設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展及現(xiàn)狀,在了解輪胎起重機(jī)的特點(diǎn)后,通過(guò)分析三一重工產(chǎn)品的造型風(fēng)格,找尋三一集團(tuán)的產(chǎn)品系列感或家族感。研究起重機(jī)產(chǎn)品的造型風(fēng)格特點(diǎn)。本文結(jié)構(gòu)以三一重工輪胎起重機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程為主要線索展開,首先理解和認(rèn)識(shí)甲方的設(shè)計(jì)要求,分解設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù);其次調(diào)研和分析輪胎起重機(jī)的使用條件等相關(guān)因素;再次根據(jù)目標(biāo)要求和調(diào)研結(jié)果進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì);根據(jù)甲方的反饋意見進(jìn)行修改,對(duì)輪胎起重機(jī)進(jìn)行迭代設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)中始終保持三一企業(yè)的風(fēng)格、產(chǎn)品造型美觀、可制造性強(qiáng)、特點(diǎn)鮮明,為起重機(jī)乃至工程機(jī)械造型提供有益的理論總結(jié)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Construction machinery belongs to professional, functional heavy machinery products. Design and development pay more attention to the engineering design field of function performance, structural strength and system reliability, and lack of attention to industrial design, which affects the development of products and brands. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of human aesthetics, people have higher requirements for heavy machinery modeling design. The market competition of heavy machinery industry is increasing day by day. When the technology develops to a certain degree, industrial design has become an important strategic means for the construction machinery industry to improve its competitiveness, build its brand and enter the international market. Generally speaking, compared with the developed countries in Europe and the United States, the gap in industrial manufacturing technology of heavy machinery products in China is getting smaller and smaller, but there are still great differences in appearance design and appearance quality. In addition to the consideration of multiple functions and technical level indicators, users generally have higher and higher requirements for the visual effects of construction machinery such as body modeling, line style, color perception and so on. Because exquisite beautiful modelling design can improve the added value of construction machinery and market competitiveness. For tire crane design, besides reliability, superior performance, comfortable man-machine interface, novel body modeling design, linear style, coordinated color visual effect, it is also an important part of its design. This paper takes the tire crane as the research object, through the actual project of Sany heavy Industry, studies how to better understand the design requirements of Party A, meet the emotional needs of users and realize the design concept of industrial design. This paper investigates the development and present situation of construction machinery modeling design at home and abroad, after understanding the characteristics of tire crane, through analyzing the modeling style of Sany heavy industry products, to find out Sany group's product series sense or sense of family. This paper studies the styling style characteristics of crane products. The main clue of this paper is the design process of Sany Tire Crane. Firstly, we understand and understand the design requirements of Party A, decompose the design task, investigate and analyze the relevant factors such as the use conditions of the Tire Crane, etc. According to the target requirements and survey results, the project is designed again, and the tire crane is designed iteratively according to Party A's feedback. In the design, the style of Sany enterprise is always maintained, the product is beautiful, manufacturability is strong, the characteristic is bright, provides the beneficial theory summary and the practice experience for the crane and even the construction machinery modelling.
