【摘要】：雄連工廠屬國(guó)內(nèi)眾多中小型加工類企業(yè)中的一員,在行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的今天,如何提高自身的制造能力,以保持行業(yè)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)地位始終是各類加工企業(yè)不斷探求的一項(xiàng)課題。本文以如何提升雄連工廠制造能力為題,提出針對(duì)雄連工廠的制造能力提升策略,供管理者參考。 雄連工廠已成立十五年,由當(dāng)初只有幾名員工發(fā)展到擁有三百余名員工的規(guī)模,回顧公司的發(fā)展歷程,在行業(yè)較為繁榮時(shí)期,公司得到了快速發(fā)展,但在行業(yè)不景氣時(shí)期,公司也而臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。鈑金制造企業(yè)準(zhǔn)入門檻低,行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,雄連工廠必須擁有在制造職能上的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力才可以在行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展。 論文首先描述了雄連工廠的歷史、現(xiàn)狀以及目前在臨的困境,之后介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)鈑金制造行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,分析行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。基于這些內(nèi)容,分析雄連工廠的問題,提出幾項(xiàng)提升制造能力策略。首先,減低制造成本,根據(jù)雄連工廠的現(xiàn)狀,降低制造成本主要從原材料、加工成本、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)等幾個(gè)方面展開；其次,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,主要從以下三個(gè)方面入手：生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、作業(yè)技能、管理技能；第三,要滿足客戶對(duì)交貨期的要求,公司應(yīng)堅(jiān)定不移地把生產(chǎn)管理軟件的應(yīng)用工作完善下去,通過生產(chǎn)管理軟件來指導(dǎo)日常生產(chǎn),為準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨打下基礎(chǔ)；第四,雄連工廠應(yīng)向正規(guī)化企業(yè)方向發(fā)展。 文章還對(duì)這些對(duì)策實(shí)施的可行性及保障措施作了說明。
[Abstract]:Xionglian Factory is a member of many small and medium-sized processing enterprises in China. In today's increasingly competitive industry, how to improve its manufacturing capability? In order to maintain the position of competitive advantage in the industry, it has always been a topic for all kinds of processing enterprises to explore. Based on how to improve the manufacturing capability of Xionglian factory, this paper puts forward the strategy of improving the manufacturing capability of Xionglian factory for managers' reference. Xionglian factory has been established for 15 years, from only a few employees at the beginning to the size of more than 300 employees. Looking back at the development of the company, during the period of relatively prosperous industry, the company got rapid development, but during the recession of the industry, The company is also facing severe challenges. Sheet metal manufacturing enterprises have low barriers to entry and fierce competition in the industry. Xionglian factories must have the core competitiveness in manufacturing functions in order to maintain long-term development in the industry competition. Firstly, the paper describes the history, present situation and current predicament of Xionglian factory, then introduces the current situation of domestic sheet metal manufacturing industry and analyzes the development trend of the industry. Based on these contents, the problems of Xionglian factory are analyzed, and several strategies to improve manufacturing capability are proposed. First of all, reduce manufacturing costs, according to the current situation of Xionglian factory, reduce manufacturing costs mainly from raw materials, processing costs, standardized operations and other aspects; Secondly, improve the quality of products, mainly from the following three aspects: production equipment, operational skills, management skills; Third, to meet the customer's demand for delivery time, the company should unswervingly improve the application of production management software, through production management software to guide daily production, laying the foundation for on-time delivery; Fourth, Xionglian factory should develop towards regularization enterprise. The paper also explains the feasibility and safeguard measures of these countermeasures.
