DCT殼體軸承外圈壓裝CAE分析與試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:DCT dual clutch automatic transmission is becoming a new favorite of transmission industry with its smoothness and fuel economy. In the independent research and development of dual clutch automatic transmission, the development of its assembly process is also an essential link. As an important process in the assembly of transmission, the pressing process is directly related to the assembly quality of transmission, and then affects the whole performance of transmission. In this paper, the present situation of pressure mounting technology of transmission is introduced, and the structure characteristics, working principle and system composition of DCT double clutch automatic transmission are expounded. Then, in view of the pressing process of clutch shell bearing outer ring in DCT automatic transmission, the theoretical analysis of interference press mechanics and finite element analysis theory are expounded, which provides theoretical guidance for the finite element simulation of interference press technology. According to the theoretical analysis, the finite element simulation was carried out on the pressing process of the outer ring of the transmission shell bearing, and the pressure-displacement curve was obtained, and the stress and strain of the parts during the pressing process were analyzed. Through the simulation analysis, the influence of different pressing process parameters on the pressure-displacement curve is studied, which provides a reference for the optimization of the pressing process of the outer ring of the bearing of the transmission shell and the design of the pressing equipment. Finally, the electric servo pressure mounting test is carried out. By comparing the test results with the simulation results, the feasibility of the finite element simulation analysis of the outer ring of the transmission housing bearing is verified, and the influence of different pressing parameters on the pressure loading force is compared. It provides reference for the monitoring of pressure-displacement curve and the design of products.
