跨尺度微小型零件的識別定位與裝配

【摘要】:針對微小型零件裝配過程中基體件尺寸過大與顯微視覺視場較小相矛盾的問題,研究了顯微視場下的微小型零件識別定位技術(shù)。為提高微裝配精度,首先,通過圖像預(yù)處理去除噪聲干擾;然后,采用最小二乘法和形狀模板匹配方法檢測目標(biāo)件參考基準(zhǔn)點與偏角;最后,通過零件位姿信息的坐標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換,實現(xiàn)了微小型零件的精確裝配。經(jīng)過實驗驗證,關(guān)鍵零件的裝配精度滿足工藝要求,配合偏差優(yōu)于5μm,平行度優(yōu)于0.003°,該裝配方案可靠地完成了跨尺度微小型零件的高精度裝配。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the contradiction between the excessive size of the base part and the small field of view in the assembly of micro parts, the identification and localization technology of micro type parts under the micro view field is studied in this paper. In order to improve the precision of micro-assembly, the noise interference is removed by image preprocessing, and the reference point and deflection angle are detected by least square method and shape template matching method. Finally, the precise assembly of micro parts is realized by coordinate transformation of position and pose information. The experimental results show that the assembly accuracy of the key parts meets the requirements of the process, the deviation is less than 5 渭 m and the degree of parallelism is less than 0.003 擄. The assembly scheme can reliably complete the high-precision assembly of the cross-scale micro-parts.
