泛在制造環(huán)境下動態(tài)物料配送模式研究

【摘要】:物料配送作為生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),是生產(chǎn)順利進行的保障。隨著生產(chǎn)形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)向多品種、少批量模式,要求物料配送快速、準(zhǔn)確的響應(yīng)生產(chǎn)線動態(tài)變化的物料需求。因此,響應(yīng)敏捷性成為物料配送不斷追求的目標(biāo),而對生產(chǎn)狀態(tài)信息全面準(zhǔn)確獲取、充分高效利用是達成目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵。論文針對物料配送對響應(yīng)敏捷性的需求,引入泛在網(wǎng)思想,研究以信息處理為核心的物料配送模式,通過突破現(xiàn)行物料配送的瓶頸,促進企業(yè)競爭力的提升。 論文以具有豐富制造信息的泛在制造環(huán)境為背景,以車間物料配送為研究對象,結(jié)合MRP和JIT控制理念,采用反饋控制方式,圍繞如何充分發(fā)揮信息優(yōu)勢來提升物料配送響應(yīng)速度和響應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確性,從三個方面開展研究: ①動態(tài)物料配送模型方面。在分析傳統(tǒng)物料配送方式基礎(chǔ)上,針對傳統(tǒng)物料配送缺少實時生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行進程信息支持,致使配送響應(yīng)能力不足的問題,歸納豐富泛在制造信息,引入泛在網(wǎng)思想,構(gòu)建基于泛在制造信息的動態(tài)物料配送模型;并對模型框架結(jié)構(gòu)、模型運行流程和模型決策流程進行特征分析,進一步討論模型中三個控制閉環(huán)如何克服物料配送與生產(chǎn)線信息聯(lián)系不足問題。 ②動態(tài)物料配送決策方面。針對現(xiàn)有物料配送僅僅考慮如何滿足生產(chǎn)線物料需求,而未考慮配送成本節(jié)約問題,從成本優(yōu)化角度,給出配送時機決策方法,同時基于聯(lián)合優(yōu)化運輸—庫存成本方式,考慮生產(chǎn)計劃變更因素,建立基于成本的動態(tài)物料配送批量決策模型,并對模型進行求解,得出影響配送批量決策關(guān)鍵因素,而且設(shè)計算例驗證模型正確性和有效性。 ③物料配送關(guān)鍵技術(shù)方面。針對現(xiàn)有配送BOM未能反映配送時間信息,,制約物料配送響應(yīng)速度提升的問題,依據(jù)裝配工藝流程和產(chǎn)品BOM,結(jié)合物料配送執(zhí)行過程信息,在制造BOM基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建基于工藝流程的工位配送BOM模型,并給出工位配送BOM應(yīng)用實例。
[Abstract]:As the key link of production system, material distribution is the guarantee of smooth production. With the shift of production pattern to multi-variety and less batch mode, material distribution is required to respond quickly and accurately to the changing material requirements of the production line. Therefore, responding to agility has become the goal of material distribution, and the key to achieve the goal is to obtain the production state information accurately and to make full and efficient use of it. Aiming at the demand of material distribution to respond to agility, this paper introduces the idea of ubiquitous network, and studies the material distribution mode with information processing as the core. By breaking through the bottleneck of material distribution, we can promote the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper takes the ubiquitous manufacturing environment with abundant manufacturing information as the background, takes the workshop material distribution as the research object, unifies the MRP and the JIT control idea, adopts the feedback control way. Focusing on how to give full play to the advantages of information in order to improve the response speed and accuracy of material distribution, the research is carried out from three aspects: 1 dynamic material distribution model. Based on the analysis of the traditional material distribution mode, aiming at the lack of real-time production execution process information support in the traditional material distribution, this paper summarizes and enriches the ubiquitous manufacturing information and introduces the ubiquitous network idea. A dynamic material distribution model based on ubiquitous manufacturing information is constructed. The model frame structure, model running process and model decision process are analyzed, and how to overcome the problem of insufficient information connection between material distribution and production line is discussed. 2 dynamic material distribution decision. In view of the problem of how to meet the material requirement of production line, but not the cost saving of distribution, the method of timing decision is given from the point of view of cost optimization, at the same time, based on the joint optimization of transportation and inventory cost, the method is proposed. Considering the factors of production plan change, the dynamic batch decision model of material distribution based on cost is established, and the model is solved, and the key factors influencing the batch decision are obtained, and the correctness and validity of the model are verified by a design example. 3 material distribution key technology. In view of the problem that the present distribution BOM can not reflect the information of distribution time and restrict the improvement of material distribution response speed, according to the assembly process and product BOM, combined with material delivery execution process information, based on the manufacturing BOM. The BOM model of station distribution based on process flow is constructed, and an application example of station distribution BOM is given.
