氣動(dòng)電磁閥綜合性能測試系統(tǒng)的研究
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, industrial production has moved from manual operation to automation. Solenoid valve, as the main control element of control system, has the advantages of fast response, simple structure, strong anti-pollution ability, good repeatability, stable and reliable action, and small volume. The advantages of light weight, low power consumption and low price make it more and more popular in industry. In this paper, various characteristics of pneumatic solenoid valve, including flow characteristics, response characteristics, lifetime, seal performance, minimum working pressure, voltage characteristics (electromagnet suction voltage and release voltage), are analyzed. On this basis, a design scheme of a comprehensive performance testing system is proposed and realized. Finally, the characteristics of pneumatic solenoid valve are further understood by using the test results. In the first chapter, the development history of solenoid valve and its application are described, and the research situation and development trend of solenoid valve testing system at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized. On the basis of this, the significance and research content of the subject are put forward. In the second chapter, starting from the basic structure and working principle of solenoid valve, the testing performance of pneumatic solenoid valve is analyzed in detail, and the actual test object and test method are obtained in combination with relevant international standards, national standards and industry standards. In the third chapter, the design scheme of the pneumatic solenoid valve comprehensive performance test system is put forward, and the hardware design, software design and the important difficulties in the design process are analyzed in detail. In chapter 4, on the basis of the previous work, the performance of a single electrically controlled solenoid valve with five ports is tested, and the data are analyzed briefly, which provides the basis for the optimization design of the solenoid valve. In the fifth chapter, the main research work is summarized, and the future research work and direction are prospected.
