【摘要】:裝配線的平衡直接影響到制造系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)率。本文采用理論與實踐相結(jié)合的方法,運用工作研究的原理和技術(shù)以DA公司減速頂裝配線為研究對象進行分析研究;運用Double-E軟件從基礎(chǔ)IE方面著手對減速頂裝配線進行平衡改善研究;并建立0-1規(guī)劃模型,采用Lingo軟件求解,以優(yōu)化裝配線平衡。從而提高生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)率及設(shè)備的利用效率,滿足市場需要。 首先,通過現(xiàn)場觀察、現(xiàn)場實測、錄像觀察、數(shù)據(jù)分析對減速頂裝配過程進行分析;在分析減速頂裝配工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合工業(yè)工程的程序分析方法,對減速頂?shù)难b配工藝流程進行分析。并以此為基礎(chǔ),對裝配過程進行改善研究。 其次,劃分了裝配作業(yè)單元,運用Double-E軟件對裝配線各工序動作進行分析,對瓶頸工序進行雙手操作分析、人機操作分析。結(jié)合發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,對相關(guān)的工作條件進行改善,并對裝配線各工序的動作進行規(guī)范研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用Double-E軟件對所有作業(yè)單元進行MOD分析,制定了各最小作業(yè)單元的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)時間。 最后,建立了減速頂?shù)牡冖耦、第Ⅱ類裝配線平衡的0-1規(guī)劃模型,并在Lingo的平臺上進行編程計算,得到裝配線全局作業(yè)均衡編排的優(yōu)化解。 本文通過運用工業(yè)工程領(lǐng)域的工作研究技術(shù),改善了減速頂裝配線上工人的作業(yè)環(huán)境,降低工人的勞動強度,優(yōu)化裝配過程,不僅提高了裝配現(xiàn)場管理水平,而且平衡改善了裝配線,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。在通過基礎(chǔ)IE對各個工位進行局部改善的基礎(chǔ)上,建立裝配線平衡的0-1規(guī)劃數(shù)學(xué)模型,對各個工位的全局的分配進行全局優(yōu)化,得到滿意的全局優(yōu)化解。同時提高了了企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益,具有較高的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The balance of assembly line directly affects the productivity of manufacturing system. In this paper, the method of combining theory with practice is used to analyze and study the assembly line of decelerator of DA Company by using the principle and technology of work research. The balance improvement of the assembly line of retarder is studied by using Double-E software from the aspect of basic IE, and the 0-1 programming model is established and solved by Lingo software to optimize the balance of assembly line. In order to improve the productivity of production lines and equipment use efficiency, to meet market needs. Firstly, the assembly process of the retarder is analyzed by field observation, field measurement, video observation and data analysis. On the basis of analyzing the assembly process of the retarder, combined with the program analysis method of industrial engineering, the assembly process of the retarder is analyzed. And on this basis, the assembly process improvement research. Secondly, the assembly operation unit is divided into two parts: the assembly line operation is analyzed by Double-E software, the bottleneck process is analyzed by both hands, and the man-machine operation is analyzed.
