基于ABAQUS調(diào)心軸承故障的顯示動力學模擬與分析

【摘要】:為探究軸承故障對軸承振動的影響,以實驗室機組的調(diào)心軸承為對象,利用ABAQUS軟件建立軸承常見的內(nèi)外圈故障的有限元模型以及簡化的軸承座模型,以驗證在軸承座表面布置傳感器的合理性。以ABAQUS-explicit顯式算法進行動力學特性分析,并且通過正常軸承與故障軸承的動力學特性對比,將從軸承座表面提取的正常軸承和故障軸承的仿真信號進行了時域和頻域?qū)Ρ。模擬實際將振動傳感器安裝在軸承座上提取振動數(shù)據(jù),為開發(fā)軸承的在線檢測系統(tǒng)提供一定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the influence of bearing fault on bearing vibration, the finite element model of common inner and outer ring faults and the simplified bearing seat model were established by using ABAQUS software. In order to verify the rationality of the sensor arrangement on the housing surface. The dynamic characteristics of normal bearing and fault bearing are analyzed by ABAQUS-explicit algorithm. By comparing the dynamic characteristics of normal bearing and fault bearing, the simulation signals of normal bearing and fault bearing extracted from the bearing seat surface are compared in time domain and frequency domain. The vibration sensor is installed on the bearing seat to extract vibration data, which provides a basis for the development of the online measuring system of bearing.
