【摘要】：相貫線在加工制造業(yè)中有著廣泛的運(yùn)用,但現(xiàn)今的裝置只能實(shí)現(xiàn)固定回轉(zhuǎn)面間的相貫線,不具有通用性,如用機(jī)器臂編程實(shí)現(xiàn)相貫線軌跡則較為復(fù)雜�；诖颂岢隽艘活惸軌�?qū)崿F(xiàn)基本回轉(zhuǎn)曲面相貫線的空間機(jī)構(gòu),分析了這類機(jī)構(gòu)的構(gòu)成及相互轉(zhuǎn)化關(guān)系,并列出了此類機(jī)構(gòu)的全部類型,初步探討了該類機(jī)構(gòu)的傳動(dòng)特性及其在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的若干問題。該類機(jī)構(gòu)既可以實(shí)現(xiàn)圓環(huán)面、圓柱面、圓錐面、圓球面間的相貫線軌跡,也能用于空間運(yùn)動(dòng)的傳遞和轉(zhuǎn)換。
[Abstract]:The intersecting line is widely used in the manufacturing industry, but nowadays the device can only realize the intersecting line between the fixed rotary planes, so it is not universal. For example, it is more complicated to realize the intersecting line trajectory by using the robot arm program. Based on this, a kind of spatial mechanism which can realize the intersecting line of the basic surface of revolution is proposed. The composition and mutual transformation relationship of this kind of mechanism are analyzed, and all types of this kind of mechanism are listed. The transmission characteristics of this kind of mechanism and some problems in practical application are discussed. This kind of mechanism can not only realize the intersecting line locus between circular surface, cylinder surface, conical surface and spherical plane, but also can be used for the transfer and transformation of spatial motion.
