【摘要】：為了充分發(fā)揮實驗室在提高學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力上的作用,提出工作島模式的機(jī)械創(chuàng)新實驗室的建設(shè)思路。通過以完成創(chuàng)新項目為主要工作目標(biāo)、嚴(yán)格的工作時間和進(jìn)度計劃、組長負(fù)責(zé)制下的分工協(xié)作和"師徒制"促梯隊建設(shè)四個方面強(qiáng)化生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的工作模式,營造創(chuàng)新工作氛圍,構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)與生產(chǎn)的"工作島"。以有效服務(wù)于創(chuàng)新活動為原則,做到小而精;場地的配制,以最短工作路徑為原則,圍繞創(chuàng)新作品制作,形成環(huán)形島式格局。針對創(chuàng)新的特殊要求從管理體制和安全管理兩個方面闡述"工作島"的運(yùn)行。2年實踐表明,工作島式的機(jī)械創(chuàng)新實驗室在培養(yǎng)和提高學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力上富有一定的成效。
[Abstract]:In order to give full play to the role of laboratory in improving students' innovation ability, the construction of mechanical innovation laboratory based on work island model is put forward. By taking the completion of innovative projects as the main work objective, strict working time and schedule, division of labor and cooperation under the group leader responsibility system and the "teacher and apprentice system" to promote the construction of echelons, we should strengthen the work model of the production enterprises and create an innovative working atmosphere. Construct the "work island" of learning and production. The principle of effective service for innovative activities is small and fine, and the preparation of the site is based on the principle of the shortest working path and forms a circular island pattern around the production of innovative works. According to the special requirements of innovation, this paper expounds the operation of "work island" from two aspects of management system and safety management. The practice of 2 years shows that the mechanical innovation laboratory of working island type has certain effect on cultivating and improving students' innovation ability.
