基于電機電流分析法及能量特征向量的摩擦實驗

【摘要】:對機床類設備的摩擦狀態(tài)的監(jiān)測是設備運行過程的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。針對機床類設備運行過程中摩擦狀態(tài)的變化,提出基于電機電流分析法及能量特征向量對摩擦狀態(tài)進行測試和分析,利用電流信號的小波包變換節(jié)點系數(shù)重構各頻帶信號,計算各信號的能量值,構造能量特征向量。通過分析不同時刻各頻帶信號的能量值,提取包含摩擦信息的特征值能量值,以此作為分析與監(jiān)測摩擦狀態(tài)的特征量。實驗表明,分析摩擦特征量的變化曲線,可以獲得設備工作過程的摩擦狀態(tài),有利于實現(xiàn)摩擦狀態(tài)的在線監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:The monitoring of the friction state of machine tools is an important link in the operation process of machine tools. Aiming at the change of friction state in machine tool equipment, the friction state is tested and analyzed based on motor current analysis method and energy eigenvector. The wavelet packet transform node coefficient of current signal is used to reconstruct each frequency band signal. The energy value of each signal is calculated and the energy eigenvector is constructed. By analyzing the energy values of each frequency band signal at different times, the eigenvalue energy value containing friction information is extracted, which is used as the eigenvalue to analyze and monitor the friction state. The experimental results show that the friction state of the equipment can be obtained by analyzing the variation curve of the friction characteristic quantity, which is helpful to realize the on-line monitoring of the friction state.
