【摘要】：對于軸承圓錐滾動體磨削中使用的無心磨床維修而言,大部分的故障排除方法和精度提升措施基本上都有俗成的規(guī)律和套路,即維修重點和中心都放在砂輪軸和導(dǎo)輪軸兩大核心部件的調(diào)試與維護(hù)上。但規(guī)律往往不同于定律,有時出現(xiàn)同樣的質(zhì)量問題而設(shè)備的故障根源卻不盡相同,甚至出乎意料,有時在問題最終解決后才明白原來如此。從3個典型維修例子就不同程度地揭示了個別設(shè)備問題不大、故障難找、反復(fù)維修也沒見好的過程,最終徹底改變了方法才得以解決,其積累的經(jīng)驗足以能夠拓展故障維修的思路,使得以后的維修受到啟發(fā)少走彎路。
[Abstract]:For the maintenance of the centerless grinding machine used in the grinding of the bearing cone rolling body, most of the troubleshooting methods and the accuracy promotion measures basically have common rules and routines. In other words, the maintenance emphasis and center are on the adjustment and maintenance of the two core components: the grinding wheel shaft and the guide wheel shaft. But the law is often different from the law, sometimes the same quality problems occur, but the source of equipment failure is not the same, or even unexpected, sometimes after the final solution of the problem to understand the original. From three typical examples of maintenance, it is revealed to some extent that the problems of individual equipment are not too big, the trouble is difficult to find, and the process of repeated maintenance is not good. Finally, the method is completely changed to be solved. Its accumulated experience can expand the train of thought of fault maintenance, so that the later maintenance is inspired less detours.
