速率對(duì)微流體油液檢測(cè)芯片顆粒計(jì)數(shù)靈敏度的影響

【摘要】:介紹了基于電感原理的微流體油液檢測(cè)芯片,研究了油液中鐵顆粒通過微流體油液檢測(cè)芯片檢測(cè)區(qū)的速率對(duì)顆粒計(jì)數(shù)靈敏度的影響。制作了微流體油液檢測(cè)芯片,搭建了檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了不同驅(qū)動(dòng)速率與顆粒產(chǎn)生的電感脈沖信號(hào)幅值之間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于同一鐵顆粒,其通過檢測(cè)芯片時(shí)的電感脈沖信號(hào)幅值隨著速率的增加而線性減小。該研究結(jié)果為提高微流體油液檢測(cè)芯片的檢測(cè)精度及靈敏度提供了參考。
[Abstract]:A microfluid oil detection chip based on inductance principle is introduced. The effect of the rate of iron particles passing through the detection area of microfluid oil detection chip on the particle counting sensitivity is studied. The microfluidic oil detection chip was made and the detection system was built. The relationship between the different driving rates and the amplitude of the inductance pulse signal produced by the particle is studied experimentally. The results show that the amplitude of the inductance pulse signal decreases linearly with the increase of the rate for the same iron particle. The results provide a reference for improving the detection accuracy and sensitivity of microfluid oil detection chip.
