【摘要】：裝載機(jī)作為土方工程機(jī)械的主要產(chǎn)品,正朝著向產(chǎn)品系列化、品種多樣化、配置個(gè)性化的方向發(fā)展,快速、準(zhǔn)確、低成本地滿足市場(chǎng)的需求,將大幅提升企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。模塊化設(shè)計(jì)是一種為提高產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)效率、縮短設(shè)計(jì)周期、降低生產(chǎn)成本、以滿足不斷變化的客戶個(gè)性化需求的設(shè)計(jì)方法。本論文深入系統(tǒng)地研究輪式裝載機(jī)模塊化設(shè)計(jì)與配置的技術(shù)和方法,研究成果結(jié)合柳工輪式裝載機(jī)進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用。 第一章主要簡(jiǎn)要介紹了論文研究的企業(yè)背景、技術(shù)背景和項(xiàng)目背景,綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外模塊化方面的研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,給出了課題的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和論文組織結(jié)構(gòu)。 第二章簡(jiǎn)要闡述模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的核心思想,在分析模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的基本思想基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)輪式裝載機(jī)和柳工的實(shí)際情況,研究提出了以輪式裝載機(jī)主結(jié)構(gòu)建立方法和產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)建立方法為主的柳工輪式裝載機(jī)模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法。 第三章根據(jù)輪式裝載機(jī)模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法,結(jié)合柳工輪式裝載機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)與生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際,從輪式裝載機(jī)模塊化基礎(chǔ)工作開(kāi)始,深入研究了支持產(chǎn)品級(jí)、部件級(jí)和零件級(jí)的輪式裝載機(jī)模塊化技術(shù),給出了整機(jī)配置建模規(guī)則。并結(jié)合實(shí)例,詳細(xì)給出了不同層次輪式裝載機(jī)零部件的模塊化程,為輪式裝載機(jī)模塊化配置設(shè)計(jì)提供了支持。 第四章簡(jiǎn)要介紹在輪式裝載機(jī)模塊化方法與技術(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用863課題開(kāi)發(fā)的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)支持系統(tǒng),結(jié)合柳工現(xiàn)有的PDM信息化系統(tǒng),開(kāi)展進(jìn)行柳工輪式裝載機(jī)模塊化設(shè)計(jì)和配置設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)用實(shí)施。 第五章對(duì)本次研究的成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了目前研究中的不足和改進(jìn)之處,以及未來(lái)的研究和改進(jìn)方向。
[Abstract]:As the main products of earthwork construction machinery, loaders are developing towards the direction of product serialization, variety diversification, personalized configuration, fast, accurate and low cost to meet the market demand, which will greatly enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. Modular design is a design method to improve the efficiency of product design, shorten the design cycle and reduce the production cost to meet the changing needs of customers. The technology and method of modular design and configuration of wheel loader are studied in this paper. The research results are combined with the application of Liugong wheel loader. The first chapter mainly introduces the enterprise background, technical background and project background of the thesis, summarizes the research and application status of modularization at home and abroad, and gives the main research contents and the organization structure of the thesis. The second chapter briefly describes the core idea of modular design, on the basis of analyzing the basic idea of modular design, aiming at the actual situation of wheel loader and Liugong, The modular design method of Liugong wheel loader is put forward, which is based on the building method of main structure and product platform of wheel loader. In the third chapter, according to the modular design method of wheel loader and the reality of design and production of Liugong wheel loader, starting with the basic work of modularization of wheel loader, the supporting product level is deeply studied. The modular technology of the wheel loader at the component level and the part level is presented, and the configuration modeling rules of the whole machine are given. Combined with an example, the modularization process of parts and components of wheel loader at different levels is given in detail, which provides support for modular configuration design of wheel loader. In the fourth chapter, based on the research of the modularization method and technology of wheel loader, the modular design support system developed by 863 is introduced, combined with the existing PDM information system of Liugong. Carry out the application of modular design and configuration design of Liugong wheel loader. The fifth chapter summarizes the results of this study, and puts forward the deficiencies and improvements in the current research, as well as the future research and improvement direction.
